As well as being five minutes from Penina's Resort golf courses, you will find this the perfect location with the additional close proximity of Palmares and Alto golf course which means golfing parties will just love it here. There is so much more in the area with both Alvor and Portimao just three kilometers away with their waterfront, shopping and great places to eat.

Portimáo is Algarve's second largest town & port, the Natural Harbour and new Marina offers Cruises, Watersports, a kaleidoscope of restaurants serving renowned fish and seafood dishes, but alternatively also Italian, Indian, Chinese and of course English Pub Grub.

Alvor Area

Alvor sits in a sheltered Estuary, and although being modernised, there is a special old world charm to this fishing village, even with it's new promenade beside the enticing openair restaurants. There is a 16th century Parish Church still used, wonderful narrow cobbled streets with all the shops you could want, Music & Food Festivals, Nature Lovers can visit the marshland, saltpans and mudflats of Alvor's Estuary, and of course Alvor's wonderful beach, where you can just sit on it, play on it, or walk for what seems like miles and miles.
