Lakeview villa offers the holidaymaker a home from home experience, every convenience you can imagine is at the home. Full size washing machine and seperate dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker. Full size cooker with huge oven, a juicer, coffee maker, toaster. Hairdryers in all of the bathrooms, plenty of linen and towels, even towels for use at the pool. TV and DVD player, portable radio and cd player, selection of books and games, tennis rackets and even some inflatable toys for the pool.
The villa has two master ensuite bedrooms one has a king siz bed and the other has a queen bed, there are two further bedrooms in the centre of the villa both of which are twin rooms, these have the convenience of their own shared bathroom. The villa also boasts a fourth washroom with a toilet and sink which opens onto the pool area.
To add to your enjoyment the private pool and jacuzzi is south facing and overlooks a lake and conservation area adding to your privacy.
Unlike most communities in Orlando Glenbrook has the added advantage of having shops at the entrance to the community, a short walk of approximately 5 minutes. The community also has a clubhouse offering a media room with free wireless internet access, a gym, a games room, large free form communal pool with sun deck, tennis courts and a beach volleyball court.
The airport is only 40 minutes drive, Disney only 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants 2 minutes drive. Glenbrook is on US 27, just off Hwy 192 which is reached by taking exit 64B from Interstate 4. There is a local vineyard that offers guided tours, wine tasting and a market each Saturday during high season. Clearwater beach on the gulf coast and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast are a mere 1 hour drive making Lakeview villa at Glenbrook a fantastic base for everyone.

The Florida - Orlando Disney Area Region
Orlando benefits from all year round sunshine, even in December you can enjoy warm sunny days while you do your Christmas shopping. A perfect place to visit for the retired and young at heart as we offer packages designed especially with you in mind. Take a two or three month vacation away from the cold winter weather in Ireland and enjoy the 'Sunshine' state at affordable prices. Plenty of golf courses, fishing lakes, nature reserves, beaches and of course the great shopping malls to take advantage off.
You can't talk about Orlando without mentioning Disney, Micky Mouse and Universal studios. There are so many fantastic and magical theme parks to visit that the children will never be bored. Take them to a dinner show at night for a truely magnificant experience for both adults and children. Orlando and Florida as a whole is very child friendly and children are welcome at all restaurants and the great thing is all the eateries are affordable which makes a big difference when dining with kids. They will particularly enjoy the 'all you can eat' buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinner venues as it is a great novelty.
There are plenty of small towns a short distance from Glenbrook, the town of clermont its self is about a half hour drive away, it is centered around lake Susan and a few other smaller lakes and therefore is very pretty. There is a state park called Lake Louisa National Park which is home to a host of wildlife and birds, here you will find a good place to fish.
Clermont Area
About 20 minutes drive in the other direction will take you to Kissimmee which is a very popular destination, although it can be very busy and noisy. Every Saturday night they hold a vintage car night where all the locals bring out their old cadilacs and mercedes and drive along the main street. There is also a carnival here offering a ferris wheel, bungie jump etc. lots of restaurants and bars here.
Getting There
Nearest airport is Orlando International (MCO) Continental Airlines, Delta and American Airlines fly from Dublin to Orlando Via other US cities. From the UK you can choose from Virgin Atlantic, British Airways and the American airlines.
There are several car hire companies operating from Orlando International, we find Budget car rental to be the cheapest. We can arrange a 'follow me' service from the airport for travellers who wish to have that added comfort zone when they first arrive. Someone will meet you at the airport, take you to collect your hired car and then you follow them directly to your villa this service costs €80.

The community clubhouse is just down the road from the villa approximately 1 minute walk so very convenient. Here you will find tennis courts (rackets and balls provided at the villa) a beach volleyball court a large communal pool with sun deck. Internet access in the media room where you can also watch a dvd or the local news on a very large American tv. A gym will provide all the excercise you may wish to indulge in while on holiday and a games room with a pool table and an air hockey table.
Rental Details
All the facilities mentioned above are available all year round. We do advise that you avail of pool heat between the months of October and May.

Babies and toddlers are not forgotten we provide a cot with lots of blankets/duvet with sheets and duvet covers plus a highchair free of charge to our guests. There are also two very comfortable high stools at the bar counter in the kitchen.

We offer 'snowbir' rates for off season bookings these are for senior couples who take a month or two in the sun during the winter months rates are €2000 per calender month.
Occasionally we will have a 20% discount available on the villa at different times of the year so please ask if it is available when you are making an enquiry.
