Inside the house is very compact with everything you would need cooking either on the electric stove or the wood burning Stove, which may be a little hot in the summer months aldough the house is always cool inside, an open window can be great to let a breeze run through the house during the day,
But at night it is advisable to keep them closed for fear of insect bits, there are insect nets over hanging the beds ,but it is always best and safer to keep the windows closed.

Saint Suzanna , A lovely Medieval Town.
Lassay Lea Chateux, Dominated by its Castle, Has great walks a cycle route and lovely trails around the town.
Les Jublains, A lovely Roman City,
St Centeri de Gerei, They say it is the prettiest Village in France it is home to Artists which are available in the galleries dotted around the village in between the good restaurants.

Out side there is a splash pool in a small private garden and plenty of garden space, there is a stream which runs just outside our boundary, which belongs to our neighbours, you can sometimes find some small trout here if you feel like a little fishing please go ask there usually isn't any problem,
But it always nice and polite to ask.

Rental Details

The splash pool is only available in the of June July and August, the Neighbours live with in walking distance so we would ask you please to keep music to suitable level

Pricing is on a weekly bacis, from Saturday to Saturday , should you want to book more than one week than a deposit for each week is required.
Bookings for long weekends are out of season only from october to April not including Christmas and New Year. €500/L/Wd € 750 Chrism / N Year.
Should extra nights be required out of season the cost is 60 pounds per night, high season extra nights can only be charged at the weekly rate, so 8 or 9 nights are classed as a two week stay.
Payment is by bankdraft , and final Payment is due 6 weeks poir to arrival, If Final payment is not recieved by due day, Booking will become nil and void and depoisit will be lost.
Please keep proof of all transactions so any problems can be cleared up as soon as possible.
We advise all our clients to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellations. As we regrate payment is not refundable.
