The house is located in the city center of Sciacca. Restaurants, pubs and cafes, along with supermarkets or any kind of offices are close to the house and you can get there in a few minutes by walking. The house is close to the thermal bath area and you can also get there by walking. It is possible to drive to the nearest beaches and it takes only a few minutes by car. There is a parking area close to the house.
The house is divided into two floors, kitchen, a huge living room, a bathroom in the first floor, two bedrooms, a studio-room and another bathroom in the second floor. The bedrooms have a stunning sea-view and are spacious and confortable.

The Sicily Region

Sciacca is located in the south west coast of Sicily island, in the middle of the ancient route between Selinunte and Agrigento. Ideal place for a vacation at the sun in one of the wildest and amazing beaches, or for a day trip in the near 'Valle dei Templi' area in Agrigento, or to visit the ancient greek ruins of Selinunte or Segesta. Furthermore, you can get, in a day trip, the Egadi islands, among them, we suggest to visit Favignana. If you like wine, you dont have to miss to visit Menfi, Marsala or Mazara, in which you can find several wineries to taste our typical sicilian wine.
The weather is Sicily is really good all of the year and this is perfect for a vacation in any time of the year.

Sciacca Area

Sciacca is an interesting and historical site, with several ancient churches and monuments. In Sciacca there is a thermal area in which you can find the possibility to restore your body in one of the pools with thermal water or to have a massage with muddy clays. Most of the activities are concentrated during the summer, with festivals, music outdoors, concerts and events. The "Estate Saccense" runs from the middle of july untill the middle of september.
One of the best attractions is Carnival, one of the main Carnival in Sicily and it runs on february.

Getting There

Fly to Trapani Airport with Ryanair directly from Dublin, then catch the SS115 directly to Sciacca.
Fly to Palermo International Airport with Ryanair directly from London Stansted, then from Palermo International Airport catch the highway A29 (direction Mazara del Vallo) to Castelvetrano, then catch the SS115 (direction Agrigento) to Sciacca.
If you drive from Palermo you can catch directly the route SS624 to Sciacca.
Car hire is available in both Trapani and Palermo airports. Taxis available at the airports - around 150 euro to the villa. Private shuttle (up to 8 seats) available on request - 120 euro to the villa
