This very popular, large (150 sq metres), modern, three bedroom, three bathroom (sleeps 6/7), first floor apartment, is located on Guadalmina Golf Course and situated beside the luxurious 4* Barcelo Golf Hotel. It is a leisurely 5-10 minute stroll to the lovely Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara with its range of family friendly and inexpensive restaurants, bars, tapas bars and shopping. Puerto Banus is only 3-4 kilometres away (€10 - €12 taxi). Guadalmina Commercial Centre is a 10-minute stroll and it has a large selection of quality restaurants, cafes, supermarket and newsagents.
The apartment itself is large and spacious with a 36ft (12m) south-facing balcony, which overlooks one of the swimming pools and tropical gardens. Life Guards at all pools during summer months enabling parents to relax on the balcony while knowing that their children are safe in the pool below.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (walking distance) you have the Barcelo Golf Hotel (bars, restaurants, pools, gym etc), Guadalmina Golf Club, San Pedro Golf Range (with Café/Bar) and Cable Skiing (with Café/Bar) on the nearby reservoir. This is in addition to San Pedro itself and the Guadalmina Commercial Centre. The beaches are approx 1.5km away. Further afield (driving distance) Puerto Banus (3-4 km), Marbella Town (7-8km), Estepona (12km), Ronda, Benahavis, Gibraltar, Tivoli Theme Park (Benalmadena), Selwo Safari Park, a number of Water Parks and approx 40 quality golf courses within a 15km radius! For shoppers there is a large El Corte Ingles in nearby Puerto Banus and the massive La Canada Shopping Centre (full of designer shops) is located between Puerto Banus and Marbella.

The three spacious double/twin bedrooms (2 with full ensuite bathrooms and ceiling fans) have large fitted wardrobes. The 3 seater sofa bed in the lounge can be used to sleep 7th/8th person. The Kitchen is fully fitted with Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Electric Hob, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, granite worktops etc. and equipped for 10. The Living Room/Dining Room has large 3 seater and 2 seater couches, 32" LCD TV, DVD Player, Dining Table with 6 chairs . Satellite TV recently installed with a large range of TV/Radio channels including BBC, ITV, Ch4, Film4, Sky News, CNN and many music/children's channels. There is also an external balcony suite (see pictures) and a patio table with 8 chairs on the balcony (and a BBQ). All three bathrooms are tiled wall to ceiling and have baths with powerful power showers. The apartment has marble floors throughout.
Bed linen and towels are included but you need to bring your own beach/pool towels. Electricity, gas and water costs are included in weekly rates.
