Roof Top Solarioum is a shared area -(there is a (Bar-B-Q) provided. There is LifeGuard on duty at the pool during peek season, June-August. The pool has a Childrens and Adult section. The garden area is extremely private and shared with the other owners and residents. It has a beautiful seated area for picnics (with overhead shade) and this is located directly beside the pool.
