The air-conditioned lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has Satellite TV, DVD and cd player. Dining seating for 6 guests.The Kitchen is well appointed with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and all standard utilities.The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, safe and air-con.There is also a balcony leading from the master bedroom with a view of the sea and pool. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air-con and bedside locker.The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds and storage press.The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, and bidet. There is another wc on the ground floor.The property has private front and back gardens with outdoor seating available for both.Sunloungers are available for the private roof terrace. Linen and towels provided, bring your own beach towels.
The property is situated a mere 2 min walk to the famous "Golden Mile" and is approx a 15 min drive from Torrevieja town, Alicante approx 50 mins.The property is a short walk from the beaches, nearest beach is less than 2 minute walk and the attractive promenade that stretches around the coast. The nearest convience shop is less than 200 metres walk and there are a number of 24 hour shops located within a 2 min walk. The property is ideal for families, couples, golfers and those who wish to enjoy the sun.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia Region
Cabo Roig is a popular beach resort located in an area known as the Orihuela Costa on the southern Costa Blanca of Spain close to Alicante and Torrevieja, popular with tourists as it has excellent climate with over 300 days of sunshine and annual average temperature of 20 degrees.
Cabo Roig is known for its clean blue flag beaches, Playa Cala Capitan, Playa Cala Caleta.
Cabo Roig beach with its historic watchtower is within a 10 minute walk as are numerous others.
There are a number of historic Spanish cities within an hours drive- Murcia, Cartagena,Elche, Alicante.
If you come to Cabo Roig why not take a trip to the medicinal waters of the lagoon at La Manga recommended for rheumatism and respiratory problems.

Cabo Roig is within a 15 min drive to 3 popular golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. There are others easily assessible within a 40 min drive and its only a 5 min drive to the nearest motorway.Contact numbers available at our house, also golf shops on the strip can arrange a day out.
Cabo Roig offers many walks along the clifftops. On a clear day it is possible to catch a glimpse of La Manga. There is often a cooling breeze on the Costa Blanca which can be needed during summer months so walkers will be happy!Enjoy the walk around the promenade that stretches along the coast close to our house,before or after dinner!
Tennis, horseriding, scuba diving,go-karting all available closeby-details in our house. if you fancy a day out and dont mind getting wet Aquapolis waterpark in Torrevieja is 15 min drive and is popular with our kids.
Shopaholics- street markets take place daily within the region see our information pack at the house also Habaneras shopping centre in Torrevieja can pass a few hours...spoilt for choice!!
