This apartment is located in Playamarina II, a newly built aparthotel. The apartment is located on the second floor access by lift or stairs. Comfortably furnished lounge/ dining area with tv dvd and air-con ( dual control)with access to balcony with outdoor table and chairs for 4.
Kitchen is well appointed with washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric hob, oven.
Master bedroom is a good size with bedside cabnets, spacious wardrobe, safe, air-con (dual control), access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside cabnet.
Bathroom is spacious with bath/shower overhead, wc, bidet, and attractively tiled.
Balcony runs the lenght of apartment and has outdoor seating, access through master bedroom and lounge.
Apartment also contains clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, heater. Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels( can be bought locally)
This apartment is situated in an excellent area of Cabo Roig. The nearest shop is next door to the complex and is open 24 hours a day, with well stocked shelves. Bars, Restaurants and Shops are on your doorstep so car hire is not essential. Communial pool and jacuzzi available for use of residents of aparthotel only. Pool table located beside pool area.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia Region

Cabo Roig is an exclusive area of Costa Blanca with more than 300 sunny days a year. The World health Organisation have identifed the climate here as one of the most healtiest in the world thanks to its dry climate especially beneficial to those with rheumatism, arthritis and asthma.

Cabo Roig Area

Cabo Roig is a golfers delight with 3 championship courses located within a 15 min. drive - Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin. Access to the motorway is only 5 mins making it ideal to tee off at many other courses located in the area, all within an hours drive.
The nearest beach is 10 min. walk away, with a beach bar in high season, sun loungers for rent etc., The beach is set in a cove making it ideal for swimmers as the sea is calm. Other beaches within walking distance are Campoamor and La Zenia. Cabo Roig Marina provides baot moaring, sailing and windsurfing classes and has a restaurant and tapas bar with views of the sea to La Manga.
Horse riding, scuba diving, go-karting, fishing are all available locally.
Open street markets are available daily in the area, the nearest to the apartment takes place in Playa Flamenca on Saturday mornings(less than 10 min drive) clothes, ceramics, leather items are great bargains.
Water parks are located in Torrevieja. Terra Mitica near Benidorm is approx one and a half hours drive away.
The Caves In Aracena are the biggest and most wonderful in the world. located within driving distance.

Fly Ryanair to Alicante,Murcia. Fly Aerlingus to Alicante.
Car hire available at airports but good on line sites include Hertz via Ryanair site, www.doyouspain.com, or www.amigoautos.com if you want to prebook a car.
Car hire not essential, taxi numbers and email addresses available from owner on request.
Transfer times- Murcia airport to property approx. 20 mins. Alicante airport to property approx. 45 mins.

Rental Details

A non refundable deposit of 150 Euro required to secure the booking, balance to be paid within 6 weeks of departure.
Where departure date is within 8 weeks, full payment is required.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible.
A refundable security deposit is also required to cover any breakages/ damage that may occur during your stay. This is refunded after departure once the apartment has been checked.
Towels and linen provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Cleaning fee of 50 Euro payable on arrival. Additional laundry change available for 20 Euro if required.
