The apartment is in a private walled complex with its own grounds and is only 350 metres from the beach. Close to all local amenities, shops, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is south facing with its balcony overlooking the pool so guests enjoy the sun from early morning.
The apartment is on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmadena, with its extensive beaches and the beautiful Torremolinos/Benalmadena promenade. The complex with its lovely garden and pool is well managed and while you are guaranteed a good nights sleep, there is also plenty of night life close by.

Torremolinos Area
While the area is a busy holiday resort, it is very suitable for families, in that it is not your 'Ibiza' type area. At the same time there is plenty of quality nightlife entertainment for the young and not so young. There are a number of very good restaurants in the area, to suit all tastes. Most of the restaurants are inexpensive and the quality of the food is excellent. Afterwards you can stroll along the promenade, which is both beautiful and entertaining, stretching all the way from Benalmadena to Torremolinos.
Getting There
The apartment is approximately 12km from Malaga airport which is serviced by all the main airlines. Because the apartment is so close the airport, the area is well known to taxi drivers, so there is little difficulty in finding it. The normal taxi fare from the airport is Euro 25. Full directions including a map of the area will be supplied and our Spanish representative will meet you at the apartment to fill you in on the local activities.The complex is within walking distance of all necessary amenities and you don't need a car as there is a good local bus service.

Kitchen has a full cooker,washing machine,microwave,fridge/freezer etc.The cost of standard electricity,water and domestic rubbish are included in the weekly rental rate. The apartment has dual purpose air conditioning/heating units which operate as required on a pay meter basis.The unit costs Euro 1 for 3 hours usage. Satellite TV Channels include BBC1,BBC2,S4C,BBC3,BBC4,EURO NEWS,CNN,BBC News 24 PLUS many other channels. DVD also available.

All bookings from Sunday to Sunday during July and August. Arrival/departure dates are flexible during the remainder of the year.
Bookings from Nov to March are E275 per week, however discounts are offered for long term bookings, (4 weeks+).
Normal Arrival time is from 2pm and departure time is by 10am. Arrival after 12midnight will incur a charge of E25.
Terms: 30% booking deposit. Remainder 2 month prior to arrival.
Prices quoted are for 4 guests and include normal utility charges for electricity,water and domestic waste bins.
Air conditioning and heating operates on a meter basis and costs Euro 1 for 3 hours usage.
A security deposit of €200 is required,which is refundable within one week, subject to keys being returned and property being left in order.
Special rates available for long term winter letting.
