Fistral Apartment is a luxury penthouse set over two floors which has been renovated to the highest standards. A modern, funky chilled space with great rural and sea views, it is the perfect place to relax with your family and friends in style and comfort. Whether you catch rays in the garden in summer, or batten down the hatches and watch the rain lash against the window in winter, this really is pure indulgence throughout the year.

Only a short walk from Newquay’s world-renowned surfing beaches and local facilities, it is conveniently located but far enough away to escape the crowds. Sleeping 8-10 people, Fistral’s first floor offers 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin room and 1 room with bunkbeds) plus a bathroom. The second floor has a large lounge/kitchen/dining area, a bathroom and extra WC plus a quality double sofabed. All you could need is supplied free of charge, from a hair dryer and iron to the all important corkscrew! Free wireless broadband internet access is also provided so don’t forget to bring your own laptop!

The secluded landscaped patio garden has a charcoal BBQ, a parasol with table and chairs plus bench seating for up to 12 people. With its own rear entrance, the garden’s heated surf board store, outside shower and hanging line for wetsuits make it a convenient end to a day’s surfing or swimming.

A car port to the rear has a parking space for one car. On street parking is also available in the surrounding area, with free parking to the front of the property between October and May.

And with over 50 miles of heritage coastline, stone circles, castles and a rich maritime heritage, it's a history worthy of discovery and celebration.

The Eden Project is a project conceived by Tim Smit to construct and maintain a large-scale environmental complex on a property located about 8km from St Austell, Cornwall. Although relatively new, the project has quickly become one of the most popular visitor attractions in the United Kingdom. The complex includes two giant, transparent domes, each emulating a natural biome, that house plant species from around the world.

Weather-wise, the westernmost tip of mainland Britain benefits from the effects of the Gulfstream and Cornwall's climate is much milder than the rest of the country.

Newquay Area

Newquay is a magical town bringing together a mixture of buzzing nightlife and luxurious reclusion. It has an array of attractions and places to visit; The Blue Reef Aquarium is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and is a wonderful experience for young and old alike. You can walk around the headlands to all of Newquays seven beaches or enjoy a round a of golf at the local course, all of this is just outside your front door. Upon request we can provide you with a list of our favourite eating establishments and recommendations for some watering holes that you may like to try in and around the area.

Getting There

- Newquay Cornwall International Airport is a destination for flights from Cork, Dublin, and Belfast City with Aer Arran, Air Southwest & Flybe.
- Taxis are available at the airport which is just 6 miles away from the apartment.
- An on-demand bus service is also available between Newquay and Newquay Airport which requires pre-booking. It
departs every 30 minutes at times to suit flights and operates every day that the Airport is open.
- Ferries available from Cork, Rosslare, Dublin & Belfast. National Express Coach Services and Train Lines run from UK
ports.

All prices are per week from Friday (3.30pm) to Friday (10.00am). Short breaks also accepted Friday-Monday, or Monday-Friday.
A 500 GBP security deposit against damage/breakage is payable in addition to holiday cost and will be refunded within 14 days of vacating subject to satisfactory check out.
