Albufeira Area

Situated just 10 min drive from Albufeira, which still retains all of the character of its origins as a traditional Algarvian fishing village and yet has devloped into one of the liveliest and most popular resorts of the Algarve. Shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs abound and it has an excellent golden sandy beach where you will still see the gaily painted fishing boats waiting to go to sea. Good taxi service available at night for those wishing to sample the night life!

 

Getting There

Fly to Faro - Car hire available at the airport. For high season, prebooking is advisable or taxis from the airpot to the apartment at a cost of approx €40 - contact details available on request. Local bus services and bus service to local attractions ie. Slide & Splash also local taxis - no. for same in the Guide at the appartment

Frequent flights available with both Aer Lingus and Ryanair.

Appartment complex adjoins the Salgados Golf course and reduced green fees are available - as the coast is uncharacteristically flat here much use is made of water on this course, since it is virtually below sea level. Playing Salgados has a treat in store - links-style golf combined with the sensation of having been transported to the sunshine of Florida.

 

Rental Details

A 25% deposit is payable to confirm your booking - Terms & Conditions will be forwarded by email and on completion you return signed copy with the booking deposit and your booking will be confirmed by email.
The balance 75% is payable 8 weeks prior to departure - on receipt of this directions to apartment and details re keys etc will be sent on to you.
A breakage deposit of €350 is payable with your final payment - this will be refunded within one week of departure on confirmation that apartment has been left in the same manner as you received it.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with the kitchen fully equipped to satisfy the most intrepid cooks needs. There is a bar-be-que for outdoor cooking on the terrace, which is fully furnished for outdoor dining. The rear balcony has sunbeds and sun chairs for relaxing.

The living room is very comfortable with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. A selection of DVDs are in the apartment and guests are welcome to use these and the selection of books during their stay. If you find a little gem of a restaurant during your stay, please leave a card for it in the guide so others can enjoy it too.
