The house is in a residential area. It has access to a shared swimming pool and a private patio area. (all sun loungers etc provided). Private parking. Shops, bars, restaurants etc are only a 15 minute walk away.

The Paphos District Region
The Paphos area enjoys approx. 340 days of sunshine a year. During the summer months, the sun shines 11.5hrs per day. Average winter temperatues rarely drop below 16C. A great holiday location where you can winter ski in the Troodos mountains in the morning and swim in the mediterranean in the afternoon. Paphos is a UNESCO world heritage site. It is famously known as teh legendary birth place of Aphrodite - the Goddess of Love. The whole area is scattered with places of historical interest - e.g. Tomb of the Kings, Fort on the Harbour, House of Mosiacs. If you are looking for the ideal place to enjoy and explore the historical Island of Aphrodite and its many attractions to simply relax in the mediterranean sun or enjoy your daily game of golf then Paphos is the place for you and your family and friends!
Kato Paphos Area
The charming west coast town of Paphos focusses around an attractive little harbour whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure crafts. The people are fantastic, friendly and helpful. the food is wonderful and the pace of life is relaxing. The weather can get very hot in July and August - up to 40C. this is when the air-conditioning is a must! Winter days are warm and an average day in January can be between 16-20C, but the nights do get cold. There is so much to do and see in and around Paphos. There is a great waterpark, go-karting, a snake farm, a bird park, mini-golf, and a trip up the Troodos Mountains. The night life also has alot to offer! There is plenty of restaurants, bars and night-clubs. Why not try a different one each night?
