Lovely four bedroom, three bathroom fully equipped pool home. Located in Florida Pines off highway 27. Close to all attractions and easy access to I-4 and major roadways. The home is open plan design and has a formal dining area with seating for six and a large family room with TV, VCR and sliding glass door leading to the fully screened in pool area. The pool is heatable for an additional supplement which is reccomended in the cooler months . Large eat-in kitchen with all appliances. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Full size bedroom and second bathroom with over bath shower. Two further bedrooms with twin beds each and they share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with over bath shower. Ten minutes to Disney yet set in semi rural location. Ideal family vacation home for families wanting to be close to the theme parks yet staying in the countryside. The garage has even been converted into a games room which features a pool table. The community also benefits from a community pool and childrens play area. Sleeps up to ten people.
