Seperate spacious lounge with leather sofas, dining area for 4, sky tv, DVD, CD stereo & telephone. Two bathrooms (one being ensuite), large outside terrace accessed from the lounge with outside dining for 4 and over looking the pool. Entrance hallway with video entry system, underground locked car parking with a lift direct to the front door.

Casares Area

The apartment is situated within a 20 minute drive of around 25 golf courses, the nearest (El Cortesin)being next door and the next most local (Dona Julia golf complex) being a mere 5 minute drive and is also overlooked by the development. For beach enthusiasts it is a 10 minute walk and most of the development overlooks the sea. For dining be sure not to miss the simply stunning marinas of Peurto Banus, Estepona, Duquesa & Sotogrande.

Getting There

Fly to Malaga with most cheap airlines and collect a very cheap hire car from the airport. Drive from Malaga around 45 minutes. Alternatively fly to Gibralta and drive around 25 minutes.
