The accomodation consists of 2 apartments which can be hired together or separately. One is a three bed duplex (sleeps 5/6) with access to a balcony and private roof solarium. Beneath is a two bed apartment (sleeps 4) with access to a landscaped garden and outdoor patio area.
All bedrooms are fitted with twin beds with ample built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom in the three bed apartment opens onto to a roof solarium. There are two bathrooms in this unit. All rooms in the two bed apartment have direct access to the landscaped garden and are fitted to the same high standard. There are two bathrooms in this unit also.
The kitchens in both units are fully furnished and include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven/hob. The living areas are furnished with l-shaped sofas, dining tables and chairs and each contain TV with full cable service.

The Costa Calida/Almeria Region
The Costa de Almeria is as varied as any of the Spanish Coasts. In the east is the Parque Natural de Capo de Gata, a haven for flora and fauna and a preferred area for walkers/hikers. Incontrast, the landscape inland is arid desert in nature and has been often described as "moonlike". The area has been used extensively by film makers and has been a prefered location for many spaghetti western movies. "Laurence of Aribia" was also shot in the area. In the north of the Costa is the naturist beaches of VERA (approx. 8 km from Valle Del Este) where the blue flag beaches are very popular. Slightly further south is the fishing village of Garrucha, the beaches of Mojacar and the old Moorish town of Mojacar (pueblo). Almeria's summers start well before Easter and extend to November. All these locations are within 15 -20 minute drive of the Linaria Complex.
Vera Area
A must visit is the local market in VERA (usually Saturday mornings)- a traditional Spanish town offering excellent value in the "tapas bars".
