Delightful panoramic sea view house on the peak of famous Polignano a Mare’s cliffs
With typical Puglia’s walls of tuff and beautiful barrel vaults, the house has been completely renovated with conservative style. Now is really fully furnished and very comfortable for a romantic stay. Each of two floors are sea front. There are many windows where to sit down and appreciate the broad sea view.
The flat is on two floors:
First floor with large living room, sitting room, one matrimonial bedroom with private balcony, one toilette with shower and a room with a large wardrobe. There is also a little “alcova” in a loft where is situated a double futon bed (this loft is not comfortable for people tallest than 1,8 mt).

On the second floor there is a nice dinnig room with a corner with sofa where to read a book surrounded by windows sea view. There is also a separate laundry room (accessible also from an outside entrance of the flat), a spaced kitchen fully equipped.

From the second floor there is the access to the 30 sq meters terrace sea front with wood patio. Beautifully equipped with value furniture and comfortable deck chair. From here your should dominate the south view of Polignano a Mare’s cliffs.

Total surface is approximate 100 sq mt plus 30 sq mt of terrace.

The Puglia/Molise Region

Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.

Polignano Area

Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that molded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the center of the town
What to see:
- Chiesa Matrice, consecrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque.
- S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower.
- Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.
