The chalet is located in the Village of St Jean D aulps in the heart of both the Vallee D' Aulps and the Porte soleil ski region.

The Vallee D Aulps offers a mixture of energetic activities and gloriously relaxing landscape - not to mention a vast history - with the old 12th Century abbaye just 2 mins walk from the chalet.

The Porte Du Soleil ski area remains the largest internationally linked ski area in the world offering over 650km linked piste (12 snowparks) over 14 resorts on the French swiss border

The Porte Du Soleil ski area remains the largest internationally linked ski area in the world offering over 650km linked piste (12 snowparks) over 14 resorts on the French swiss border - the area offers ample ski or boarding opportunity for all abilities and ages.

We are able to organise lift passes, child care, equipment hire and lessons to suit your needs

In summer there are approx 260km piste available for down hill mountain biking not to mention mile after mile of both walking and cycling tracks, two local lakes provide fishing, swimming and canoeing and the river dranse is home to a wide range of white water activities. Parapenting and other air based activities are also available locally.
