Amazing Thai style beach Villa with 3 swimming pools.

This is definitely a great place to get away from it all. If you are looking to relax and unwind then this is the ideal place. It is located about 2 km outside Cha-am village and is right on the beach.

Cha-am itself is a famous Thai beach resort that is renowned for its excellent seafood and laid back atmosphere. It is most defiinitely a Thai resort rather than a foreign resort so you will get a genuine Thai experience.

I lived in THailand for over 6 years and bought this villa before I returned to Ireland. I lived in the villa for over a year and it really is a lovely place. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to go.

The Prachuab Kirikan Region

Cha-am is a Thai resort that is less than 10 km from Hua Hin and the Kings palace.

There are 7 top class golf resorts within 20km and if you havent golfed in Thailand before you are in for a great treat.

THis area is renowned as the best golfing area in Thailand.

There are a number of national parks nearby and some spectacular waterfalls.

Cha-Am Area

There is plenty to do in the area including spa retreats, golf, tennis, fishing and all sorts of beach activities.

The food is awesome and is worth making the trip for alone!

Getting There

Only 2 hours drive from Bangkok. As I lived in Thailand for 6 years I can arrange a taxi to collect you from Bangkok Airport and drive you door to door for about 40 euros.

You can also take the 30 minute scenic flight from Bangkok to Hua Hin airport.

Etihad airlines now fly Dublin, Abu Dhabi to Bangkok.

The gardens are spectacular and you really get the feeling that you are in a tropical resort. They are immaculately kept and because most of the villas are owner occupied they are maintained to the highest levels.

The property was built 3 years ago and was furnished for owner living so all the interior is top quality.

There is a large TV and DVD in the main room - that is if you ever want to stay in. There is full satellite coverage meaning that you can even watch the Premiership games LIVE.
