This duplex apartment is light, white, bright and airy. Everything in Ibiza Town is within easy walking distance...with the nearest beach only a minute away!
You enter the apartment by external steps through the terrace of the villa and the entrance opens to the lounge area.
Electric fans are provided.
From the roof-terrace, are views over the sea and beyond Town to hills and country. There are sun-loungers, padded seating, table and parasol on the roof-terrace. It is a great chill-out place in the evening, often with fabulous sunsets... as well as for sun-bathing by day.

Ibiza (Catalan: Eivissa) is one of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean, belonging to Spain. With Formentera, it is one of the two Pine Islands. IBIZA TOWN is the little capital city of the island.
The Island of Ibiza is world-famous for its summer 'parties', with thousands of people flooding in for the big summer club nights. Famous clubs include Space, Pacha, Privilege (ex Ku), Amnesia, DC10, Eden and Es Paradis. They are hosts to parties of international fame such as Cream, Manumission, etc. IBIZA TOWN is also a top gay travel destination, a title gained since the 1960s... and focussed upon the Figueretas neighbourhood.

Ibiza Town Area

The apartment is located within a villa of only three apartments and is located only a minute's walk from the sandy Figueretas beach in Ibiza Town. Shops, bars, restaurants and a wide range of nightlife options are all within easy walking distance so it is not essential to hire a car.
There is a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side steep path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a 20-minute bus-ride out of Town...
This villa enjoys all the exceptional advantages of the amenities within the cosmopolitan and vibrant capital city of the island. Whilst it is the capital, IBIZA TOWN is human-scale enough to be able to walk right across it in 20 minutes or so... it is not a huge place but it offers all the amenities and advantages which come with a city in terms of fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. Within minutes, one can enjoy a truly fantastic choice of shops...including great-value clothing and shoe shops, delicatessens for the full spread of Spanish cheeses, patés, hams and the like, exceptional bread and cake shops.. and there are supermarkets, too, close-by... and the market has the most amazing choice of fish, meat and other Spanish goodies but you have to be there in the morning (less than 5 minutes walk away). Ibiza Town has a fantastic choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes + legendary bars and nightlife options - all just minutes away. Everything in cosmopolitan and fashionable Ibiza Town is walkable to. Upon booking this villa, you receive a guide to restaurants from the simple but delightful and delightfully cheap tapas places to recommended gourmet-styled restaurants that are not outrageously expensive either.

Only 1 minute from the Figueretas Beach and Nightlife Area. Unlike almost all other villas on the island of Ibiza, this one is located right in Town, so that everything within IBIZA TOWN is within easy walking distance compared to locations in Playa d'en Bossa, Talamanca, Jesus, and the marina Botafoch. So, if you are a group of more than 4, you save on the rental of a minimum of 2 hire cars as cars are not really needed - or recommended - if you stay at this apartment in Town. Also, during the main summer season, the roads are quite clogged up with cars and parking can be quite a problem best avoided!

When you enter the villa site, there are flower-beds, borders and foliage in a typical Mediterranean town-house garden setting, with palms and cactii on your way up to the apartment. The roof-terrace, which is not overlooked and from which there are nice views to the sea and over the Town to hills and mountainous landscape beyond, has cushioned seating, a table and reclining sun-loungers - as well as a parasol. There is no on-site swimming pool but it is possible to use a very nice one - with a bar, behind the villa a couple of minutes-or-so away + the sandy beach, bars and restaurants are only a minute's walk away!

The apartment is unsuitable for children because of the open design of staircases and balcony-terraces.
Individuals, couples and small groups may book this apartment... or in conjunction with the studio apartment.

The double bedroom opens to the roof-terrace through patio doors. The lounge-kitchen-diner area on the floor below has a satellite TV, a double sofa-bed + a single bed-seat.
-Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, one in each of the 3 apartments which comprise this villa.
Each bathroom has a wash-basin (hot-and-cold), w.c. and a shower (hot-and-cold)
Kitchen: The ground-floor kitchen is fully-fitted - with gas hob, fan-assisted electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle + ample cutlery, crockery and glassware.
-There are 2 additional equipped kitchens (1 in the Studio).
Living Rooms: The ground-floor lounge-kitchen-dining area is open-plan with dining table and chairs...and a double sofa-bed. The ground-floor garden-terrace area forms the summertime extension to the lounge and dining area. There is a satellite TV in the studio.
This one-bedroomed duplex apartment has a curving staircase to the upper bedroom and roof-terrace level.
The top one-bedroomed apartment enjoys good views and is bright, white, and airy with large patio doors opening onto the sunny and private roof-terrace which is not overlooked, and has great views to the sea and over the Town to the hills beyond.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. Minimum maid service is normally weekly. For privacy, the maid will normally only enter if asked, except on Saturday / changeovers and to access the 2 washing-machines.
