This Villa is a terrific deal for a self-contained group. Unlike almost all other Ibiza villas - which are mostly in rural locations, or out of Town, this one is in Ibiza Town and you don't need to hire a car, or two, to get around. Everything in Ibiza Town is within easy walking distance...with the nearest beach only a minute away!
The VILLA is arranged as 3 self-contained apartments.
The ground-floor duplex has electric fans and heating / air-conditioning. This apartment contains the main kitchen of the VILLA - fully-fitted with washing-machine, fan oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The kitchen is open-plan with the lounge - dining-room - with a 47" LED satellite TV and CD player.Also, there is a comfortable double sofa-bed. There's a 32" LED satellite TV + DVD in the upstairs bedroom which has a 5' bed and a sofa-bed. There's a large table + chairs in the garden terrace for communal eating-out and forms the summertime extension of the kitchen-diner area for the occupants of the entire villa to socialise together when booked as a group. A high wall and foliage screens and gives good privacy from neighbours and street with the entrance through a locked door in the garden wall. From the sunbathing terraces - and the roof-terrace, are views over the sea and beyond Town to hills and country. There are sun-loungers and parasols on the 2 other terraces of the other apartments comprising the villa.
The studio sleeps 1 or 2 in a double bed in an open plan apartment with satellite TV, that has its own kitchenette with washing machine and private bathroom with shower. Whilst this studio apartment lacks views, it has a very nice garden-terrace with table, sunlounger chairs and parasol.
The other one-bedroomed duplex apartment is at the top of the building, is light, bright, white and airy... with a gorgeous sunny and private roof-terrace with great views to the sea and over the Town to the hills beyond. The double-bedroom leads onto the roof-terrace through patio doors. On the floor below, is the lounge, kitchen-diner area with a balcony overlooking the street, with satellite TV, a double sofa-bed and a single bed-seat. This room can sleep 3 at a pinch but occupants would need to be very good friends!

The Ibiza Region

Ibiza (Catalan: Eivissa) is one of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean, belonging to Spain. With Formentera, it is one of the two Pine Islands. IBIZA TOWN is the island's 'mini-city in the sun...it is quite densely built-up but is small and human-scale... you can walk right across in 20 minutes or so. San Antonio is on the other side of the island, a straightforward bus or taxi ride away and between the two are 2 of the island's famous clubs... Privilege and Amnesia.
The Island of Ibiza is most famously known for its summer parties, with thousands of people flooding in for the big summer club nights. Famous clubs include Space, Pacha, Privilege (ex Ku), Amnesia, El Divino, DC10, Eden and Es Paradis. They are hosts to parties of international fame such as Cream, Manumission, etc. It is also home to the 'West End' party district of San Antonio, a rite of passage for many young party-goers. Ibiza is also a famous gay travel destination since the 1960s., focused on Ibiza Town. In a word, or two, Ibiza Town has it all and caters for everyone.

Ibiza Town Area

The Villa is located only a minute's walk from the sandy Figueretas beach in Ibiza Town and there is a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side steep path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a 20-minute bus-ride out of Town...
This villa enjoys all the exceptional advantages of the amenities within the cosmopolitan and vibrant capital city of the island. Whilst it is the capital, it is human-scale enough to be able to walk right across it in 20 minutes or so... it is not a huge place but it offers all the amenities and advantages which come with a city in terms of fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. Within minutes, one can enjoy a truly fantastic choice of shops...including great-value clothing and shoe shops, delicatessens for the full spread of Spanish cheeses, patés, hams and the like, exceptional bread and cake shops.. and there are supermarkets, too, very close-by... and the market, likewise just a few minutes walk away, has the most amazing choice of fish, meat and other Spanish goodies but you have to be there in the morning. Ibiza Town has a fantastic choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes + legendary bars and nightlife options - all just minutes away. Everything in cosmopolitan and fashionable Ibiza Town is walkable to. Upon booking this villa, you receive a guide to restaurants from the simple but delightful and delightfully cheap tapas places to recommended gourmet-styled restaurants that are not outrageously expensive either.

The Villa is located only a minute's walk from the sandy beach in Ibiza Town and just minutes on foot for everything in Ibiza Town... shops, bars, restaurants and so on.... so there is no need to hire a car or two for getting around.
There is even a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side steep path! The Salinas and Es Cavallet beaches are a simple 20-minute bus-ride out of Town... for those of you who may want to explore other beach options.

There are flower-beds, borders and foliage in a typical Mediterranean town-house garden setting, with palms and cactii. There are terraces at each of the 4 levels. The roof-terrace, which is not overlooked and from which there are nice views to the sea and over the Town to hills and mountainous landscape beyond, has cushioned seating, a table and reclining sun-loungers - as well as a parasol. The studio has a nice terrace in a garden setting - again with table, recliner chairs and parasol. At ground-level - there is a large table with chairs beneath a bourgainvillea which provides a pleasant, shady area for socialising, drinks and 'al fresco' eating out in the garden. There is no on-site swimming pool but it is possible to use a very nice one - with a bar, behind the villa a couple of minutes-or-so away + the sandy beach, bars and restaurants are only a minute's walk away!

Rental Details

The heating (only necessary in the winter months!) and air-conditioning is timed to cut out during the afternoon and by night. Fans are provided throughout.
Exterior steps access the studio and top apartment within the villa.
The villa is unsuitable for children because of the open design of staircases and balcony-terraces.
On occasion, it may be possible for individuals, couples and small groups to book just one or two of the three apartments that comprise the villa.

-Bedrooms: the 3 bedrooms have double beds - one has another double sofabed + 47" TV (terrestial /digital Spanish, + satellite.
The Studio has a double bed + satellite TV.
The ground-floor lounge has a double sofa-bed, and 47" satellite TV + CD player and the top apartment's lounge area has a double sofa-bed + a single bed-seat.
-Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, one in each of the 3 apartments which comprise this villa.
Each bathroom has a wash-basin (hot-and-cold), w.c. and a shower (hot-and-cold)
Kitchen: The ground-floor kitchen is fully-fitted - with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle + ample cutlery, crockery and glassware.
-There are 2 additional equipped kitchens (1 in the Studio and the other in the top apartment).
Living Rooms: The ground-floor lounge-kitchen-dining area is open-plan with 47" satTV, dining table and chairs...and a double sofa-bed. The ground-floor garden-terrace area forms the summertime extension to the lounge and dining area. There is a satellite TV in the studio.
The 2 one-bedroomed duplex apartments have a curving staircase to the upper level. The Studio has no views but a nice adjacent terrace in a typical garden setting. The top apartment enjoys good views and is bright, white, and airy with large patio doors.
-Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. Spare sets are made available, if required. Minimum maid service is normally weekly. For privacy, the maid will normally only enter if asked, except on Saturday / changeovers.
