In a small Provence style development this tastefully decorated apartment is perfectly suitable for 4 people (up to 6).
The accommodation comprises:

South facing open plan entree/lounge space with sofa, TV.
A shuttered French window leads onto a covered balcony overlooking the garden (rose laurels, pine trees).
There are a table and armchairs to enjoy your early breakfast or sip a glass of pink wine al fresco.
Nobody directly opposit except magnificent palm tree and umbrella pine tree, here just for you.

Well equipped with table and 4 chairs, the kitchen area includes ceramic hob microwave fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, toaster kettle (all brand new), crockery pots pans and ustensils for 6 people.
The bathroom has a bath with shower above, a wash unit and Toilet. From the window you see the Massif des Maures

Upstairs, a large open plan mezzanine has been divided in two parts: 1) with a double bed; 2) with two singles.
Both parts have beside cabinets and chairs, there is a chest of drawers in part 2)
A sliding double glazed window and thick curtains provide space, light and good privacy, should you wish)
A large wardrobe is in the entree. There is also an iron board and vaccum cleaner

Gulf of Saint-Tropez Area

Close to Ste Maxime and world famous crazy and glamour St-Tropez (2nd most visited town after Paris), Les Issambres Spa seaside resort is a small earthly paradise, its coastlines and sandy beaches stretch over 8 kms long, here the sun shines 300 days a year.

All watersports only 160 yrds from home, sailing school for children. Leisure craft, diving, jetski, seafront restaurants or shops are all within walking distance (5' stroll) as well as Spa/Health resort and shuttle ferry service to St-Tropez.

Aqualand (Ste Maxime) & Aquatica (Fréjus) both water amusement parks are 10 kms away.
Splendid golf courses overlooking the sea, Casinos, Regattas, typical top hill villages and colorful busy markets are nearby.

Rent a boat, a bicycle or an old but fully restaured 2CV Citroën (2' drive from home) unless you prefer hiking-trekking through the Moorish moutains !
