This substantial Air-Conditioned 4 bedroom detached villa has a large exterior private pool which is not overlooked. There are 3 twin bedrooms downstairs with two adjoining bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs which is en-suite. The roof terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom or from the stairwell. The large lounge/dining room is well furnished for comfortable family living.You can access the pool directly from the lounge via the shaded pool terrace from which children can be easily supervised while they bathe in the 9m x 4m pool. The kitchen has a full sized cooker, dish-washer, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster,sandwich toaster, juicer and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer which guests may use during their stay. There is satellite -TV and DVD player with titles suitable for adults and children.The Air-Conditioning units are controlled remotely and can be used for both cooling and heating.
