A modern luxury 2 bedroomed attic apartment with large private south westerly facing terrace. The accomodation offers all the comforts and convenience associated wth modern living. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Zahara's beautiful beach. As there is both air conditioning and central heating is it therefore ideal for both summer and winter holidays. The apartment lies within a well managed development and fronts onto a pedestrianised area which is both safe and quiet. Entry to the apartment is via a security entry phone system whch admits you to a communal lobby area with lift and stairs servicing the attic apartment on the second/top floor. The apartment is conveniently situated in the village of Zahara de los Atunes and is within easy walking distance of a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and two pharmacies.

There are so many things to do in the area, riding, surfing, sail boarding. Zahara Village Festival in August. Horse riding is available locally or you can visit the Jerez riding festival. Chiclana Flamenca fiesta, Seville City Fair in July. Take a drive up the mountains to Ronda and see the beautiful old bull ring in the centre of the town with its range of ceramic and leather goods. Drive into Cadiz and have tapas in the old city watching the sun set. Take the terry from Tarifa to Tangier/Ceuta or just kite and wind surf to your hearts content.
Getting There
Ryanair fly to Jerez daily. You can also fly to Gibraltar, Seville or Malaga. Gibraltar & Jerez are 48 kms (45 minutes), Malaga 110kms (1.30 hours), Seville 120 kms (1.45 hours). . Airport pickups can be arranged for Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville and Malaga. We can advise on competitively priced car hire. Taxis are available at all airports and in Spain there is a set charge (set by the Spanish Government and the prices are advertised on boards in the taxi rank area - from each destination to Zahara.

In addition to the beautiful coastline and the beaches of the Costa de la Luz there are some interesting towns and cities to visit eg. Seville, the hill top town of Vejer de la Frontera (20 minutes drive), Jerez and the sherry triangle with its bodegas and wine tasting opportunities. Donana National Park - walking, bird watching and jeep safari. Tarifa with its ferry to North Africa and dolphin and whale watching. Baelo Claudio and its roman remains are a 20 mintue drive away. There are several golf courses within easy reach of Zahara - Montenmedia (N340), Campo d Gold San Andreas (N340) and Novo Santi Petri (N340).
Rental Details
Rental rates include both Central Heating and Air Conditioning. Changeover days over the summer period i.e. 1 July - 1 September are Saturday to Saturday. Outside this time we will be as flexible as possible. Rental periods of less than 1 week are available outside the peak summer period (1 July - 1 September).
The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and towels and linen provided for the duration of your stay. A mid clean can be arranged for two week stays - there is an additional charge of Euros45 for this service. Please contact us if you require this facility.

1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have sliding patio doors which take you out onto the large sunny private terrace. The bright kitchen which has a window is well equipped with gas/electric hob, extractor, w/machine, f/freezer. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with TV with satellite,DVD and VCR, sterio radio/tape/CD player. Both bathroom and extra WC are modern and fully tiled. The air conditioning is operated by a hand held control and the central heating is operated by thermostatically controlled switches which are in each room. The terrace is large (35' long by
14' wide) ideal for sunbathing, there are sunloungers with a parasol & stand. Roofed tower
room provides shade and is ideal for al fresco dining and has table and chairs.

Note: The rental charges are for 4 people sharing per week, there is an additional charge of Euros 40 for the 5th additional adult/child - the apartment sleeps 4/5 people (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room plus 1 put-u-up for 5th person).
PLEASE NOTE: THE RENTAL RATE INCLUDES BOTH AIR CONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEATING.
Our preferred changeover day is a Saturday particularly over busy periods e.g. July/August outside of busy times we try to be as flexible as possible.
All linen is provided. The apartment is cleaned for your arrival if you require a mid term clean there is a charge of 45 Euros for this service. Our contact in Zahara will meet you and escort you to the apartment if you arrive before 8.00 a,m. in the morning or after 10.00 p.m. at night there is a early/late arrival fee of 20 Euros payable direct to our contact.

Guest Book
Another visit another year and another very enjoyable stay. The apartment is always clean and we particularly enjoyed the lage sunny terrace.
Very easy access to golf courses - a short drive to the course that Seve Ballesteros designed at Sancti Petri.
The villagers in Zahara are so welcoming and kind and visitrf the local fresh fish, meat and vegetable market (open daily except Sundays)
Enjoyed the whale and dolphin watching, such fund and got splashed so much we came back soacked to the skin!
