Casa Los Abetos sleeps a maximum of 11 people and features a huge lounge/dining area and fully equipped luxury kitchen.

The villa has 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cot.Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities.The single bedroom contains three single beds.

Additional cots and cribs are available for hire locally and this can be arranged upon request. All hire costs to be paid extra and upon arrival.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as is a weekly maid service, with a change of linen for rentals over seven nights.

The villa has satellite television and home cinema with video & dvd, and a CD system in the lounge which is i-pod compatable.

There is total dining room for 11+ with the choice of indoor or al fresco dining on the various terraces or adjacent to the pool area where there is a bar and BBQ oven.

Casa Los Abetos has underfloor heating to warm the house if needed. Smoking is allowed.

The villa is in a very quiet residential area.

Car hire is recommended.There is private parking and a garage within the grounds.

The Ibiza Region

Ibiza is one of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean Sea, belonging to Spain. With Formentera, it is one of the two Pine Islands. Major cities are Ibiza, Santa Eulària des Riu and Sant Antoni de Portmany. The Island of Ibiza is most famously known for its summer parties, with thousands of people flooding in for the big summer club nights. Famous clubs include Space, Pacha, Privilege (ex Ku), Amnesia, DC10, Eden and Es Paradis. They are hosts to parties of international fame such as Cream, Manumission, etc. It is also home to the 'West End' party district of Sant Antoni, a rite of passage for many partygoers. It is also known as a gay travel destination, a title gained since the 1960s.

St Eulalia Area

Casa Los Abetos is a five minute drive from both the sandy beaches at Niu Blau and Cala Pada, and minutes drive from the charming cosmopolitan town of Santa Eularia with its EEC Blue Flag beach,resturants and marina.

Casa Los Abetos is 15 minutes drive from Eivissa (Ibiza Town) and 25 minutes from the airport.

The hippy market of Las Dalias is a few minutes drive at the artistic centre of San Carles.

The world famous Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar sunset bars of San Antonio are 25 minutes drive from the house, which is also 10 minutes drive from the highly rated 18 hole golf course at Club de Golf Roca Llisa.

There is also football, tennis and a leisure centre with indoor swimming pool and gym at Poliesportiu (sports centre), which is a 10 minute walk from the house.In addition Santa Eularia has local gyms that accept short term members.

"Staying at the Casa Marron was a truly wonderful experience. The house was stunning and spacious enough for us, even with three adults and a child running around the place, Kameron my son, couldn’t wait to be the first one up every morning, just so he could go and pick fresh apricots and lemons from the fruit grove adjacent to the villa. Then, he was straight into the big pool for an early morning dip. We spent most of our days at the neighbouring beach of ‘Niu Blau’ with its fine sand and natural shading, just a 5 minute drive away. There we enjoyed mingling with local families and experienced some traditional Ibicenco culture! We caught crabs, ate homemade paella and drank Sangria at a fantastic beach restaurant. In the evenings, we would walk around the marina in Santa Eulalia town, where many families were out walking, dining or still playing on the beach. Santa Eulalia has great shops, bustling pavement cafes and restaurants. "This was our second visit to the island, but our first stay at Casa Marron. We were getting married in Ibiza and the villa was the perfect venue to base ourselves. Although car hire is a must, it is centrally located for all the island’s main attractions and has the convenience of St. Eulalia’s shops and restaurants being a five minute drive way. We went to three local beaches, within five minutes drive of Casa Marron and all were superb. The pool is spectacular and we found Casa Marron to be very modern, comfortable and roomy, plus the secluded terrace/gardens great for al fresco dining. We’d definitely go back for another stay.
