The villa is two storey,spacious(2250sq ft),with 5 bedrooms accomodating 10 people comfortably.
The ground floor is open plan and there is a well equiped kitchen and separate dining room.
The villa is fully air conditioned and there is also a shaded lanai for your comfort.
There is a private 24ft by 12 ft pool lying along an east west axis and a jacuzzi/spa which can be heated.On the decking there are 4 loungers and in the lanai there is a table and 4 chairs with soft cushions.The decking is covered with a mesh cage to keep insects out but allow the sun in.There is a grass covered area and wooden fence behind the pool and it is not overlooked by rear neighbours which adds to the privacy and is perfect for relaxing.

The Florida - Orlando Disney Area Region
The villa is approximately 20 mins drive from Disney and MGM Theme parks.It is approx 1hr drive to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre and these areas are good for watching Space Launches.
1.5 hrs drive would take you to the spectacular sunsets on Clearwater beach where warm waves caress the soft white sand.
Daytona beach is approx.2hrs away and nearby there is St Augustine which is the first European settlement.
There are many golf courses near to the villa.The closest is 1 mile away along H27 at Highlands Reserve.
There are also a few State Parks within easy driving distance.
Davenport Area
Bok Sanctuary near Lake Wales is the highest point in Florida and well worth a visit.Clarion bells ring out from a spectacular bell tower which is adjacent to a small lake and offers photo opportunities.
Eagle Ridge Mall which is approx 26 miles from the villa south along H27 has many of the outlets found at Florida Mall and in addition there is a Bowling alley and 12 screen cinema.
Florida's Legoland is nearby at Cypress Gardens, Winter Haven.
Getting There
Fly to Orlando International Airport ( MCO ) with Continental,Delta,or American Airlines from Dublin.All these flights have 1 stopover on entry to U.S.A. where passengers go through immigration/security checks and then join connecting flights to Orlando (MCO).Continental also fly from Belfast via Newark (New Jersey).
Aer Lingus flies direct from Dublin and also via London.
Car hire would be a requirement to reach the villa and is available at the airport.Budget and Alamo are main hirers.

The front lawn is in grass and there are a few trees and shrubs.There is grass to the side of the villa and at the back.The villa is on a corner site which adds to the privacy and the community is also gated requiring a code for entrance.
There is a clubhouse which you can use.This has a large communal swiming pool and showers.A recently equiped fitness room,a reading room and a lounge with tvs are there for your enjoyment.In the lounge there is also a Free Wireless Internet Access which you can use.
Rental Details
A Security Deposit of €300 is required to cover any additional accomodation costs in excess of normal wear and tear

Downstairs the hall and kitchen are tiled and the lounge and dining room are carpeted.In the lounge there is a 3 seater settee and a 2 seater settee.Also another 2 seat bench and 2 chairs.Cable TV is available and there is a combo tv with dvd and video.There is also a cd player/radio and there are a few cds,dvds and a few books.The kitchen is open plan,is well equiped with crockery and cutlery and has ample storage space and a small pantry.There is a formal dining area which seats 6 and a separate area for casual dining with a small table and 4 chairs which also has access to the lanai through a sliding door which is alarmed for childrens safety.
The master bedroom is off the lounge and has a Queen size bed,a dresser and a tv with dvd player.The en-suite is large and has a large bath,a separate shower stall,wc and basin.Off the en-suite there is a walk in dressing room. There is a sliding door from the bedroom to pool deck which is alarmed.Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with inbuilt wardrobe and across the hall there is a shower room with shower wc and basin.
Upstairs there is a balcony/landing overlooking the lounge.Off this there is a double bedroom and 2 further twin bedrooms.There is a bathroom with bath and shower over it,a wc and basin.All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all are carpeted.The accomodation lends itself to 2 families sharing.
Downstairs beside shower room there is an utility room with a large washing machine and a separate dryer.An iron and ironing board are also available.Towels and bed linen are provided.
There is a double garage and in this there is a 4ft table football and a 4.5ft pool/air hockey table for childrens amusement.

Guest Book
We had a great holiday and could easily stay longer.We are "shopped" and "parked" out but it was a great experience.The villa contributed to making our holiday comfortable and relaxing when we needed a well earned break.It is a lovely villa and we had everything we needed,and this went a long way in getting the most from our holiday.
