The lounge is very spacious with two large and sumptuous sofa beds, coffee table, and occasional tables that house the TV, and the CD stereo system. Also has tall white unit to house books and ornaments. There is a ceiling fan with light fitting.

Patio doors from the lounge lead on to a pleasant balcony with table and chairs, separate fixed seating area built-in, clothes dryer, and also a barbeque. The balcony does enjoy a view of one of the swimming pools.

Fully fitted kitchen, very well equipped with fridge freezer, full oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is a dining area with table and four chairs, as well as the kitchen having a breakfast bar with two tall stools.

Bathroom fully refitted and beautifully tiled. Has modern walk in shower, separated from the rest of the bathroom by modern glass bricks. WC, and sink unit with marble surround and large mirror above with lights. The bathroom cabinet has 3 cupboards and 2 drawers, providing plenty of storage space for toiletries etc.

Bedroom has 2 single beds with bed heads and small window above. Small dresser with 2 drawers provides additional storage space for toiletries and personal items. There is a full-length mirror, and there are double wardrobes with hanging space, drawers and shelving in this room, as well as a similar additional wardrobe space in the hallway.

The Tenerife Region

Tenerife has a wide choice of holiday attractions, sports and nightlife. It has varied and spectacular scenery, from lush banana plantations and pine forests to cinder deserts and cactus ravines - here you can travel from the subtropical temperatures to the snowline in less than 2 hours.
There are several animal and ecology parks, a water park for the fun-lovers, go kart track, quad biking park, scuba diving, para gliding and much more for those of you adventurous enough. On the other hand, you can just relax on the beaches or take in the beautiful scenery the island has to offer.
A boat trip to see the whales and dolphins is a must and so is a visit to the volcanic mountain, Mount Teide.

Playa de Las Americas Area

Situated at the western end of Playa de las Americas, approximately 250 metres from the sea front. The Mare Verde Complex is long established in the popular Torviscas area of Tenerife, with easy access to the beach and an abundance of shops, restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance.

The outdoor facilities on the complex include several swimming pools with children’s pools too, pool snack bars, sun terraces with sun loungers, tennis courts and table tennis.

Inside you can find the restaurant, cabaret lounge, hairdresser, lounge with TV and videos, souvenir shop and mini-supermarket.

This an ideal resort for people of all ages, a perfect holiday centre for families and is very well situated for all local amenities, so a car is definitely not necessary for this resort.

Getting There

Fly to Reina Sofia airport (TFS) in South Tenerife. Taxi to resort approx 20 mins and cost is 20 to 25 euros.
