The back of the house backs onto an area that will is a lovely natural garden planted with olive and fruit trees, have a nice outlook and you can actually see the sea in the distance sit on the patio with a mug of tea or large glass of wine, and relax in the beauty of Northern Cyprus, sit on the front patio you also have views the mountains, and to the right of the house is open space where in the afternoon you can see the shepherd attend his sheep and goats, with all this you have a mixture, of beach/pool and countryside holiday appealing with everyone.

My house is taken care of by an english /turkish agent, who will arrange all your needs, from collection/return to airport, car hire and welcome grocery packs.

Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged payable locally.

The Famagusta District Region

History, go along to Famagusta, see the walled city, view 'ghost town' churches, plenty of restaurants and bars, Bogaz is about 5 minutes drive away here you can sample real Northern Cypriot village life, where fishing boats bring their daily catch to the quayside, where fresh fish is the speciality of the clutch of unpretentious restaurants.

Visit Salamis ruins - where there is also an annual music festial.

Cyprus Nights a must at Palm Beach Hotel (now closed till 2010), Bogaz Hotel and Salamis Hotel normally held on Fridays be a dare devil try an evening at a Casino, or dance the night away at Lion's Garden Nightclub or the open air Millennium Disco.

Bogaz Area

You are ideally situated whether you want to soak up the sun around the pool or down on the beach, or to enjoy countryside and want peaceful leisurely walks, Bacheler / Iskele has all that to offer.

In the summer Iskele has a festival and it is an experience, music, arts, crafts with stalls selling all a number of produce.

RESTAURANTS everything for everyone, whether you want cosy romatic evening, or party the night away, it's there

Getting There

At present you still can not fly directly into Northern Cyprus without a stop over in Turkey roughly 40 minutes. Alternatively you can fly to Larnaca on the South, and travel across the border, the bonues on this route is that you have a wider choice of airlines, and the added benefit of travelling in Europe and are allowed more Duty Free, whereas the Northern side is not in the EU so you are limited to Duty Free Allowance. Local Taxis and Car hire can be organised.

The communal pools is seconds away, most days you will probably have the pool to yourselves, it is keep to a very high standard, I have had guest who enjoyed the pool and area so much that they didn't even manage to get to the beach, so if you want to be that chill out my house is for you.
