This villa 4 bedroom villa has two bedrooms situated on the ground floor - one double with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with an adjacent luxury bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi corner bath.Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room, and access to the upper terrace. Air-conditioning and central heating is fitted throughout the villa, including all bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and the games room.

About 15 minutes drive from Peristerona is one of the'up and coming areas in Cyprus, The town of Polis , huddled around a pedestrian's square with a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes. A short drive along the coast to the next Village Latchi.This pretty harbour village is situated on the north-west coast of the island, on the broad sweep of Chrysochou Bay,and looking eastwards to Pomos.Latchi Harbour where you will find traditional fishing boats alongside modern yachts. On the harbourside is an excellent selection of fish restaurants serving a large variety of traditional cypriot food. During the day time Latchi has a wide range of water sports available as well as two diving schools.
