This beautiful white-washed villa is located in the peaceful and tranquil area of Argaka, with wonderful countryside views. The living area is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas, a plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD player, CD player, The dining area is spacious with a dining table and eight chairs. Fully fitted and equipped the contemporary style kitchen caters for everyday needs and enjoys the added luxuries of a coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room. Fly-screens in all rooms there are 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and one an en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom. A/C in all rooms.

The Paphos District Region

Cyprus enjoys an intense Mediterranean climate, with long dry summers from mid-May to mid-October and with mild winters from December to February which are separated by short autumn and spring seasons.
Summer is a season of high temperatures however the cool sea breeze creates a pleasant atmosphere in coastal areas. Winters are mild with some rain and snow on Troodos Mountains (usually starting before Christmas).The whole town of Paphos is included in the Unesco list of cultural and natural list of world heritage.Paphos is full of history which dates back thousands of years. Today it is a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus. Still under the spell of her beauty goddess, the area retaining her magic has remained intact over time. It seduces its visitors with its majestic landscapes, lovely coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition is still a way of life. Kept in harmony with nature are divine medieval monasteries, which lie peacefully in the Pathos heartland.

Argaka Area

Argaka is a village a short distance from Polis about 15 minutes drive. Polis is one of the' up and coming areas in Cyprus. The town of Polis huddled around a pedestrian's square with a wide selection of restaurants, taverns and cafes, The next village is Latchi.This pretty harbour village is situated on the north-west coast of the island, on the broad sweep of Chrysochou Bay, and looking eastwards to Pomos. Latchi Harbour where you will find traditional fishing boats alongside modern yachts. On the harbourside is an excellent selection of fish restaurants serving a large variety of traditional cypriot food. During the day time Latchi has a wide range of water sports available as well as two diving schools.
