The apartment is on the first floor of a small complex main balcony is supplied with patio furniture which can be used for meal's it has views over the sea, the town of Novigrad and sunlight all day The grounds are maintained all year round and there is the use of the gardens at all times.There are two bedroom's double and one twin and a sofa bed in the living area.All these rooms and the bathroom have heaters for out of season use.There is a fully fitted kitchen,bathroom with shower a second balcony which is off the bedrooms and a storage area

The Istria Region
Istra has a long history it's main influences are Roman,Venician,Austrian All these can be seen in the towns from Pula in the south to Umag in the north.The 2000 year old roman arena in pula is a must see with visits to Porec and Rovinj also recomended.Inland is the wine growing area with truffles olive groves all within a short distance.With a Mediterranean climate the coast is excellent for taking the sun and relaxing but all sorts of activities can be found,sea fishing cruises,karting,horse riding and others
Novigrad Area
The town of Novigrad has plenty resturants,casinos and bars,with various menus to choose from. A new marina. Small shops can be found in the old town. During the season a funfair and stalls selling a variety of goods are set up around the old marina. Currency can be exchanged easily at any bank or tourist office.Boat trips up and down the coast or to Venice can be arranged at any of the tourist offices.Almost everywhere English,German and Italian is spoken
