Our appartment is situated in the newly developed, luxurious "Marina Real" in the increasingly popular Puerto de la Duquesa. The ground floor, easy accesible appartment includes two bedrooms, one double and one twin with very expansive storage space, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath and bidet. The kitchen has all appliances neccessary and utility area off it providing you with washing machine and dryer. The dining/sitting room features a family dining table and flatscreen tv with dvd, cd player and sky tv and access to the balcony.
All floors and bathroom walls are marble and the appartment is conditioned throughout. It has access to two pools and the gardens. The complex is right on the beech and a one minute walk from the port where a wide range of bar and restaurants is available suitable for the whole family. The port also contains a selection of internet cafes and is near a supermarket. There is a designated carpark space, lift and 24hr security
