This apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. There is a lovely tiled patio area to the front of the property with table and chairs great for eating out doors this leads into the lounge whare you will find a sofa that converts to a sofa bed satalite tv with 84 channels and dvd player.
Should you need to cool down there is a ceiling fan along with a free standing pillar fan. There is a wc downstairs also.
The kitchen has everything you may need to meet you cooking and dining needs it has breakfast bar and stools and a small utility area whare you can find the washing machine , brooms ect , iron and ironing board also supplied.
Upstairs you will find the lovely bright bedroom with its own private balcony table and chairs,the twin beds can be made into a spacious double. The fitted wardrobes have ample hanging and shelving space and is supplyed with hangers you can also find a safety deposit box and hairdryer in here. all bed linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels) ceiling fans and pillar fan in the bedroom too.
The bathroom has both bath and shower.

Caleta de fuste enjoys many lovely restaurants and bars catering for every taste imaginable.
just a short stroll along the promanade you will find the marina with lots to see and do , go on a boat trip visit the aquarium, see the seals, go windsurfing, or take some diving lessons and go scuba diving to name but a few , and if that sounds exhausting how about a cocktail overlooking the ocean as the sun sets.
If you decide to do some traveling while you are there car hire is very reasonable, you will also find the local busses and taxis quite cheap. If you wish to travel to another Island you can take a boat trip to Lanzarote from Carrolejo in the north of the Island Caleta also has a fantastic championship golf course just short distance from the apartment. there is also a weekly market held on sat morning in the centre of Caleta, you cant miss it .(dont forget to haggle) OH : plenty of shopping!!

A free bus service can be availed of just across the street at the San Jorge Hotel this will take you a 5 minute journey to the atlantico shopping centre whare you will find a big euro spar, bank , MC Donalds , bowling, cinema, plus many more shops bars and restaurants. OH; and another georgous beach There is a pharmacy and medical centre within a 5 minute walk to the apartment, should you need it
Rental Details
A deposit of €100 is required at time of booking to secure with the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival date.
We would also ask for an accidental breakages deposit of €100 to be refunded on departure however we would kindly ask guests to inform our management team of any such accidents so that payment for same can be discussed.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Having spent a very enjoyable weeks holiday in no 41 Castillo Mar we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. A very comfortable and well equipped property in a lovely quiet comlplex right in the centre of everything is what the add said and thats what you get. We will be back . Tom And Avril.
Not being people who like sun sea and sand holidays Caleta took us by surprise . we have stayed in Castillo mar twice and have booked our third trip already.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to avery high standard on a lovely quite complex right in the heart of everything, fab restaurants , e.g La Fuerta,The Mexican, and Fado Rock to name but a few. lovely beaches too.
