Coast/Beach
Beautiful beaches of Alcafar and Binibeca are just 10 minutes drive and the wonderfully picturesque inlet of Cala Rafalet is an easy 30 minute walk through beautiful countryside.

Golf
Nice golf course 30 minutes drive away in Son Parc.

Travel
Mahon airport is 15 minutes by car. A car is essential to enjoy the full beauty of Menorca. We can arrange car hire and welcome food pack if required.

Distances
San Lluis is 2km away has a restored windmill, shops and restaurants and a sports centre.
Es Castell (Villa Carlos) is 2.5 km away and the beautiful Cala Fons with restaurants surrounding the pretty bay.
Mahon is 5km away and has lots of shops, restaurants and the second largest natural harbour in the world (after Pearl Harbour).

Further details
Trebaluger has a wonderful local family supermarket (known all over the island for it's meats and cheese).
A large chain supermarket and garage are 5 minutes drive from the villa.
San Lluis has some wonderful restaurants (where the locals go), banks and a small range of shops.

 

San Luis Area

Sant Lluis has a number of banks, together with local shops and a petrol station. We are also close to the hippodrome where trotting races are held over the weekend. A number of diving schools are only 5/10 minutes away. Tennis courts are also available outside Mahon. The sailing schools based in Fornells are about 25 min drive away.

 

Getting There

there are flights from Belfast via air lingua. Iberia & British airways & flights from Dublin via Spanair, British airways, air Europa, Air Lingus & Iberia.

Booking Conditions
Our agreement
When you book a holiday, a contract is made when your booking is confirmed by payment of a deposit to BBmenorca holidays. The deposit is payable at the time of booking. The person that has paid the deposit accepts responsibility for payment for everyone listed on the booking and is responsible for ensuring that all other persons listed on the booking form have read the booking conditions below and are aware of the booking details.

N.B. By paying the Deposit you have agreed to our terms & conditions

Deposit.
At the time of booking a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday is required if you have booked more than 6
Months in advance, within 6 months of arrival a deposit of 50% is required, all balances to be paid 6 weeks before
Arrival. If booked more than 6 months in advance + 25% is required within 6 months of arrival.

N.B. Full payment is due no later then 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you are booking less then 6 weeks before arrival please make the full payment.
(late payment will incur administration costs)


Balance payment
The balance is due 6 weeks before the date of arrival. If you book less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.


Changing your booking
We will make every effort to arrange any changes you request after the booking has been confirmed; however any changes to dates or courses are subject to availability of accommodation. Any change within 20 days of arrival carries an administration charge of £15.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent in writing and will be effective on the date which they are received by BBmenorca. Cancellation charges are payable as follows:
Period before departure we are notified Percentage of total cost payable
Over 48 days Deposit only
30-47 days 50% of total cost
21-30 days 75% of total cost
Under 20 days 100% of total cost
If your cancellation is within the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
Neither we nor the owners of any accommodation provided shall be under any liability for any injury, death, inconvenience, damage, loss, accident, delay or additional expense howsoever caused, occasioned to or incurred by any of your party or any other person due to circumstances beyond their control and in absence of negligence by the Owners or BBmenorca as the Agents.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
Please remember that the property you are renting is a privately owned home. With your booking you take responsibility if there should be any damage or breakage with regards to this property and its contents, caused by you or any member of your party. We will be obliged if you will advise our local office of any such problem immediately so that it may be rectified. Any such claims (including legal costs) made against us must be borne by the client.

Flight arrangements
Flights should be arranged through an ABTA or ATOL bonded travel agent. Your contract for the flight arrangements is not with BBmenorca and as such BBmenorca cannot be held responsible for any delays or other problems which may arise with your flights.

Accommodation
BBmenorca act as booking agents for Private clients. In the unlikely event of any problem with your accommodation, please bring it to the attention of Carlo Martini (0034675329325) immediately. The apartments & Villas are privately owned, therefore please show respect for their property and report any breakages or damage. Your accommodation is not to be shared or let to anyone not listed on the booking form.
Arirval & Departure.
The apartment or villa cannot be occupied before 12 noon on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of Departure











Breakages.
All breakages must be reported to the management office immediately and must be paid for locally prior to departure. We reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and found after departure.

N.B. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED.
The prices shown above are for full occupancy, 2 persons in the 1 bedroom property, 4 persons in the 2 bedroom property and 6 persons in the 3 bedroom property ect. With no supplement for under-occupancy. Sometimes it is possible to accommodate an extra person, see to follow.

There is a supplement of 45euros per week for each extra person sharing (sofa bed), to cover the costs of bed-linen, towels and services. For extra people & small children it is possible to hire a folding / sliding bed or cot at the prices shown below.

Cot with bedding 35 Euros per week
High chair 20 Euros per week
Extra bed (folding or slide) 45 Euros per week


CAR HIRE
We can reserve the car of your choice to be waiting either at the airport or villa/apartment for your arrival. Details on
Request. Your car hire will be subject to the terms specified within the contract of the car hire company.

There is no booking fee for all cars booked. The car rental balance is to be paid direct to the car hire company on
Collection of the car booked. This may be paid either in euros or in sterling by credit card. (Not American Express)
Your contract for the car hire is not with BBmenorca, and as such BBmenorca cannot be held responsible for any delays or other problems which may arise with your car.

The prices shown on the web page and fact sheets are valid at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase or reduce any of these prices any time after publication.
