The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area features a working fireplace, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an authentic 4 poster bed and a full bathroom. On the first floor an additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room are found. Air-conditioning units are installed in all of the bedrooms and are included in the price. Central heating is available during the winter months.

The Paphos District Region

Paphos is situated on the West coast of Cyprus. It was a busy and thriving port and once the capital city of Cyprus, under the successors of Alexander the Great - the Ptolemies. It continued to be the islands most important city for more than seven centuries, and retained its importance under the Roman rule. Wherever you look in Paphos you will see its history and heritage, from archaeological sites, to ancient monuments. The town's focal point is its picturesque fishing harbour, where you can find Paphos Fort and lots of little open-air cafes and tavernas. Paphos is also has the islands second international airport.

Polis Area

The villa is within walking distance of Peristerona, a small, neat traditional village with a small grocery store, taverna, coffee shop and museum. The beaches and town of Polis are within 10-15 minutes drive of the villa with the fishing resort of Latchi and the unspoilt Akamas Penninsular beyond. The harbour and town of Paphos is approximately 45 minutes drive from the villa.

Outside is an 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with roman steps which can be heated* and a separate small children's paddling pool.
