Bedroom 1 Queen-sized double bed with sprung mattress, wardrobe and two
chests of drawers. Restricted water views across the front garden.

Bedroom 2 Twin-bedded room. Lovely views towards Summers Beach, small
fireplace (not in use) built in cupboard and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 Very small single bedroom with 2’6” single bed with storage
underneath. Good water views over village from window seat.

Linen Please bring bed linen - i.e. sheets and pillow cases, as well as
towels, tea towels and duvet covers if required. Blankets
are provided. We have 1 double duvet and 3 singles - please
remember your own covers though !

Pets We do not allow pets. Sorry!
Children Cot and high chair are provided. Please remember sheets/covers
for the cot.

Numbers Maximum of 5 adults plus an additional ‘put u up’ folding bed
(provided) suitable for a child.
