3 bedroom villa with sun terrace upstairs, sun terrace and BBQ area on ground floor overlooking large green area which is floodlit at night. Sun beds and outdoor furniture supplied. Pool with separate children's pool shared between ten villas.
This is a quiet, safe, location, which is 100 metres off the main street and therefore not passed by pedestrians or traffic.

The Algarve Region
Olhos d'Agua has a typically Mediterranean climate with hot sunny weather for most of the year. A wide variety of water sports available at nearby Maria Luisa beach,Albufeira and Vilamoura. These include para-sailing, surfing, and various boat-trips for dolphin-watching, exploring caves etc.
There are numerous water parks in the region and the world-famous Zoomarine-which encompasses an acquarium, dolphin-show, sea-lions, birds of prey, diving show and an amusement park with swimming pools-a must for an enjoyable family day out! A wide selection of world class golf courses are easily accessible from Olhos d' Agua.
The Algarve Shopping centre boasts many well-known shops, cinemas, bowling alley and is open until twelve midnight in the summer season.
Traditional markets are on in Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday. Transport can be arranged for all of these at the local Expose tourist office and other local ticket agents.

Olhos d'Agua Area
Aqualand, Slide and Splash and Acquashow Waterparks are all within an easy reach for daytrips. Olhos d'Agua hosts the local Sardine Festival in August, which features plenty of fresh fish cooked on the beach and a range of entertainment such as live music.
Nearest night clubs are located in "The Strip" 3km away or in Vilamoura.
