you will need to transfer to my bank a security deposit of 500 euros for
booking, such deposit to be returned to you at the end of youre
stay, if all ok with the house.
in order for you to do this I will give you ,all details of the
bank account of me .
and I will let you know at once ,when the monies have been
received.
the payment for the villa -country house will be due on youre
arrival to Ibiza.
The people staying in the country house can leave the country
house at 13:00 on the leaving day but on the arriving day
the time the people can go inside the house is subjected to the
time i need to make the house clean and ready for them. I ask
your understanding and patience on your arriving day.
