Villa Rosamar is set back on a hillside overlooking a cork oak forest. Only a short walk to a wonderful sandy beach. The living and dining area open to terraces on two sides. The modern kitchen has granite counters, cherrywood doors and stainless steel appliances. There are 5 bedrooms with built in wardrobes and french doors to the terraces and the garden. On the ground floor there is a seperate den with comfortable seating. Outside is a private pool, raised teak sundeck, large brick bbq and a garden with mature palms and shrubs.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia Region
With Barcelona as it's hip calling card Catalunya is being rediscovered by a new generation of discerning holidaymakers. Football jerseys and all day English/Irish breakfasts are nowhere to be seen. Uncrowded sandy beaches compete with pretty Catalan villages and towns. Girona with it's medieval cathedral and historic jewish quarter is only 30 minutes away. Three of the worlds best 25 restaurants are in Catalunya and the area has a well deserved reputation for gastronomy. Prices for food and wine are reasonable.
Sant Feliu de Guixols Area
Villa Rosamar is situated along the spectacular coastal road between Sant Feliu and Tossa del Mar. Sant Feliu is about 10 minutes drive and is a vibrant and authentic Catalan town. Although tourism plays an important part of the economy the town retains its authenticity with local family owned boutiques cafes restaurants and bars. The local produce market at Placa del Mercat has a wonderful array of food to tempt even the most jaded of palates.

In addition to the large gas bbq on the terrace there is a traditional brick bbq on the patio for the purist. The private pool is 7x4 meters and is surrounded by patio and a raised teack sun deck. There are six comfortable loungers and a garden area laid out in grass with mature palm trees.

The entire villa was completely refurbished in 2006. All new kitchen and bathrooms, newly tiled throughout. All but one of the bedrooms open either to it's own terrace or to the garden through french doors. Satellite TV and games for children.
