The Costa Blanca/Valencia Region

- For the GOLF enthusiasts: There are two excellent golf courses in the area. One is Javea Golf Club and one is La Sella on the other side of Javea about 5 miles away.

 

Javea Area

- This select, beautiful and well preserved seaside town is ideal for families and lies 75 minutes drive from either Alicante or Valencia Airport, just off the A7 toll motorway on the Costa Blanca.
The region is known as the 'oasis of Spain', with an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year, despite the average 300 days of sunshine.

- The long and safe Arenal sandy beach has a promenade fringed with bars and restaurants. At night, craft stalls are set up and there are many children's amusements and later in the evening some of the bars become discos.

- SHOPPING in Javea is very good with everything you need within a short distance. There are numerous supermarkets and a covered market in the OldTown selling all kinds of meat, fish and poultry.

- There are dozens of good restaurants in the area, some very cheap and others more expensive, but if stick to the meal of the day (Menu del Dia) you can still eat out for around £ 8.00 per head. That often includes wine and bread.

- There is an 8 x 4 m. pool with large tiled sun terrace equipped with shower, sun beds and umbrellas, barbecue area with table and chairs.
- There are 2 sun terraces, one near the pool and one next to the master bedroom.Covered naya overlooking flat garden.
- A large garden with lawn surrounds the whole house and at the entrance there is a parking place for 3 or 4 cars.
- The pool and garden are regularly maintained.
- The villa has security grills, external lighting and garden gates.

 

Rental Details

BOOKINGS: Saturday to Saturday

All bookings will be provisionally held for seven days until either the required deposit or full payment is received.

THE RENTAL PRICES INCLUDE:

- normal consumption of electricity, gas and water.
- pool maintenance.

TERMS:

- 50% deposit (of the rental price): non-refundable, on booking time.

- 50% balance: 4 weeks prior to holiday.

- Security deposit : 500,- euros (refundable) to be paid with balance. Any damage or breakage will be deducted.

- final cleaning: 90 - 120 €.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES, on request:

-100 €,- bed linen & towels, once on arrival. No beach towels.
