The ground floor comprises a large lounge dining room, a fully fitted independent kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs there is a double and a twin bedroom each with a private balcony and a main bathroom with corner bath and shower. With a studio couch in the living room and two extra pull out beds, this property will effectively sleep up to 8 persons. It is fully furnished to a very high standard, offering all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout and satellite TV(with english stations).
At the rear of the property is a large private patio with barbeque for lazy evenings in the sun, attached storage/utility and private carparking. At the front there is a balcony and patio area overlooking the pools and private garden. Table, chairs and sun loungers are provides on both patios. You can relax at the front and watch your children play in the pool area immediately to the front of the property. The communal pool area consists of a childrens' pool, swimming pools and jacuzzi.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia Region

With its healthy and equilibrate climate, clear blue skies, bright sunny days(more than 2,800 hours of sunshine per year), beautiful white sandy beaches, fabulous golfing develpments, healthy Mediterranean food, numerous traditional Spanish villages along its hundreds of kilometers of coastline and warm spanish hospitality, the Costa Blanca has an unique character that attracts millions of tourists every year.
Residential Albamar is centrally located in the Alicante Province for accessibility to the Inland, the Coast, Northern and Southern Spain. the old Spanish town of Guardamar is a 10 minute drive and boasts 11 kilometers of blue flag sandy beaches. The fishing port of Santa Pola(20 mins away) has boat excursions to the island of Taberca and its underwater nature reserve. The historic cities of Cartagena, Murcia, Elche and Alicante are less than one hour drive. Benidorm is also one hour away with its Terra Mitica Theme Park.

Ciudad Quesada, Rojales Area

Quesada is nestled between Guardamar and Torrevieja and has a cosmopolitan and friendly atmosphere. It has all the amenities you could wish for within easy reach. Shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are plentiful, along with an Aqua Park. There are 5 golf courses for players of all abilties within a 20 minute drive including La Marquesa Golf club and the 2008 PGA Championship course at La Finca. One of the highlights of the area is the leisure zone of the Hotel La Laguna where you can enjoy spa and beauty treatments without having to be a hotel guest. There are weekly markets in Quesada, Guardamar, Torrevieja and Rojales.

Getting There

From Alicante Airport, travel south along the N332, passing Santa Pola and Guardamar, as you pass Guardamar on the left, go directly across the roundabout(well noted for having 1 Palm Tree) , as you travel up the hill towards Torrevieja, take the first turning to the right signposted 'Montesinos', approximately 8 kms along this road, you will see the Red Euromarina Flags and the La Laguna Hotel. Turn right and continue straight through the 2 roundabouts, Take the third road on your left(Calle Pamploma) Drive along this road, through one junction and you will see the front entrance of Albamar on your right.
Alternatively if you take the motorway AP7 from Alicante airport, follow the route for Cartagena. Exit AP7 at junction 745, take CV905 (Torrevieja). Go straight through next two roundabouts. At Next roundabout take the third exit for Guardamar. Proceed until you come to the Euromarina Flags on your left. Proceed as above.
From Murcia Airport take the the AP7 motorway north, you will travel through a tunnel and two tolls. Exit AP7 at junction 745, take CV905 (Torrevieja). Go straight through next two roundabouts. At Next roundabout take the third exit for Guardamar. Proceed until you come to the Euromarina Flags on your left. Proceed as above.

Rental Details

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Bed linen and towels/bath towels are provided but clients must bring their own beach towels. All windows are fitted with window locks and shutters and the house is alarmed. An english speaking representative will meet you on your arrival. An airport pickup service can be arranged from Alicante and Murcia airports.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent is required to secure the booking. Balance of rent to be paid in full within 60 days of customer's arrival date. A 100€ key/damage deposit is required along with the balance and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within two weeks of departure. Please report any damage to our housekeeper. An 50€ end of term cleaning charge is payable to our housekeeper on arrival.

Guest Book

We really enjoyed our stay in Albamar No 8. This was like home away from home; the accommodation was well furnished and very comfortable. It was bright and clean and fitted with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen was great for rustling up some food to suit the kids at lunch time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Atmosphere around the pool was lovely. It was very relaxed, not overcrowded and people were very friendly. I would highly recommend this for a holiday.
