Villa Lavender is a newly renovated house consisting of 4 separate apartments. The property is perfectly located on a hill with fabulous views over the harbour of this quiet Dalmatian village of Splitska. The villa is 150m to the center of the village and the harbour with its seaside restaurants and cafes and close to the most popular beaches in the area.
The house is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and each apartment has its own private terrace or balcony for outdoors eating.
On the top floor there are 2 apartments. One is a spacious 3 - bedroom 2 - bathroom apartment with large balcony. It is tastefully furnished with large kitchen, dining and living area and provides the feeling of a family home. The second apartment has a twin bedroom, kitchen/diner, bathroom and balcony.
On the ground floor there are 2 apartments. Each apartment has a double and a twin bedroom plus sleeping on the sofa bed in the living/dining room.

The Dalmatia Island Brac Region

The island of Brac is wide, with beautiful landscapes and hierarchies of bigger and smaller settlements. The towns and the smaller settlements seem to be threaded on a string along the coast. there are about 22 small settlements and 12 villages. Every Brac settlement has got very precious monuments. Jewelry, cermacisc and many helmets talk to us about the touch between illyrian and greek culture. The glagolitic deserts are especially interesting. They are a Dragon cave and Blaca desert dated from 15th and 16th century. Brac stone is very popular all over the world, so many world famous buildings are made of it.
The Dicletian's palace in Split and The White House in Washington are among them. The island of Brac is one of our sunniest islands. The mean annual sunshine in it is 2700 hours. The mediterranean climate predominates. Summers are long and very sunny, while winters are mild and short. The air here is so sweet-smelling because of the rosemary, immortelle and other kinds of authentic herbs growing from the rocky ground, as well as olive-trees, orange-trees, lemon-trees and fig-trees. Just 45 minutes from Supetar by car, you can visit beautiful beach resort named Bol, very famous for its beach phenomenon called Zlatni Rat.

Splitska Area

Splitska is a small natural bay marina and a village. This is an authentic Dalmatian place where guests can relax and enjoy peaceful and quiet surroundings, crystal clear sea and all other nature's beauties.
Splitska is situated in a deep and abruptly bay, only 4 kilometres from the islands capital Supetar and 4 kilometres from beautiful fishing village of Postira.
This extraordinary quiet place is almost „aristocracy peaceful“, of which the best witness is a Čerinić family castle from the 16th century. For walking and sight-seeing lovers, Splitska is an ideal destination: an hour walking uphill to Škrip (3km), half an hour walk to Postira and half an hour walk to Dol, another interesting very old and authentic place on the island of Brac. Splitska is famous by her amazing beaches that surround the place as well as a favourite family holiday place for locals as well as for tourists. In Splitska there are 3 restaurants, one cafe – bar and one supermarket at your service,as well as the season's tourist office.
