A very large 2 bed 2 bath with separate kitchen and sitting room main bedroom is ensuite. This apartment is on the 1st floor and is south facing with sun from morning to evening also facing on to pool area. there are 3 doors leading to the a very large balcony 29ft x 12ft two from sittingroom and one from main bedroom. there is a partial sea view. there is a nice small bar area beside pool for food and drinks. this is a nice small complex with a 10 minute walk to beach and alvor town.
This apartment has be renovated in the last few months to a good standard. Due to the size of the apartment and balcony, a family or several persons will never feel crowded! There is a Awning fitted on half the balcony for sun protection.
