All the apartments have sea view. They are very comfortable, cool and finely furnished. One can have lunch in the shade in the terrace relaxing and enjoying the panorama.

The prices are all inclusive: water, gas, electricity, etc... Linen excluded but exceptionally can be provided for a small fee.
The prices quoted above are intended for 4 people for the "trilocali" apartments and for 6 people for the "quadrilocale" apartment.

The villa is situated on a small hill about 80 metres above sea level in Porto San Paolo and at about 1200 metres from the sea.
Porto San Paolo faces the lovely Island of Tavolara and Molara surrounded by lots of other small islands. Our villa has 180 degree sea view overlooking everything.
Porto San Paolo is situated 10 kms. South of Olbia which has an International Airport "Costa Smeralda" and a sea "Port of Olbia". Porto San Paolo is very conveniently situated and has all amenities, bank, small shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmay, first-aid and small day hospital. etc., etc. and within three, five, ten or maximum 15 minutes drive by car in either directions, there are plenty of beautiful white sandy beaches. During the Summer season from the small port of Porto San Paolo there re boats (leaving every 15 minutes) for the Isle of Tavolara, where there are two restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. You can hire boat, rubber boats, bikes, scooters and take organized day trips on boats.
There are two Scubas Diving Centre open all year round. ( http://www.centrosubtavolara.com or http://www.portospaolodiving.it ) ; there is also an important Golf Club nearby the villa "PUNTALDIA GOLF CLUB" ( http://www.duelune.com/golf/index.asp ).
