Aloe Residencial comprises 120 apartments split between 5 blocks which overlook peaceful inner gardens and two swimming pools which look onto the 5th fairway and green of the 18 hole golf course. The complex is bordered on two sides by the 4th and 5th fairways giving it a very secluded feel and peaceful atmosphere.

The apartment itself, which is 72 meters square, was built in 2007. It has a very contemporary style and furnishing with 2 double bedrooms, 2 baths, a large open plan living/kitchen area with separate utility room and air-conditioning throughout. It has a large 70m2 rooftop solarium reached by a spiral staircase from a large terrace off the open plan area. It faces into the inner gardens with views toward the pool area and 5th fairway.

Valle del Este Golf Resort itself resort boasts a renowned 18 hole golf course with practice greens, a driving range and tuition from the course professional available. The 4**** resort hotel has two restaurants, a spa and wonderful terraces and a bar/cafe with panoramic views over the 18th hole to the sea and mountains. There is a commercial centre with shops and pubs and cafes also on site. The resort is set back in the countryside but only about 10 minutes drive from the long sandy beaches of Vera and Mojacar. The historic hill-top village of Mojacar is only about 10 minutes drive away.

The Costa Calida/Almeria Region

The Andalusian province of Costa Almeria can be found in south-eastern Spain. This beautiful and largely unspoilt region features more than 200 miles of dramatic coastline. The weather is superb, as Almeria boasts one of the driest and sunniest climates in Europe with around 320 days of sunshine. The average temperature is 27º in summer and 15º in winter. This makes Almeria an all-year round holiday destination and a great place to live. Not only that, stunning mountains surrounds the region, and in the winter you can even go skiing on the Sierra Nevada ski resorts near Granada (about 2 ½ hours drive away).

Vera Area

Vera is a renaissance town in the levante area. It is centrally located for easy access to the main E15 Autovía taking you to Almería city, the south coasts, Murcia and the North. Within minutes you can be on one of the many beautiful beaches whilst enjoying shopping, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.

Originally called Baria and located at Villaricos (Rich Village, due to silver mining industry) Vera relocated in the 13th century to the ground it stands on today. The Christian conquest in 1488, a massive earthquake in 1518 and the Moorish rebellion in 1568 have all contributed to the character of the town and its inhabitants.

There are many wonderful pieces of architecture and folklore to be explored. Much of which is lovingly explained in the Ethnographic and Archaeological Museum. Spain is well known for its fiestas and street parties and Vera is no exception. With such a rich history and a sense of value the Spanish take every opportunity to remind visitors and young ones alike of their culture. The Plaza de Toros (Bullring), built in 1879 is the setting for many fiestas, bull fighting and other cultural displays.

Getting There

The closest airport is Almeria which has a transfer time of 40 minutes. Monarch and Easyjet fly into Almeria. Monarch from Birmingham, Luton and Manchester and Easyjet from Birmingham, Gatwick, Stanstead, Exeter, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast. Aer Lingus fly to Almeria also from Dublin.

Murcia airport is also within easy reach with a journey time of just over one hour on the newly completed coastal motorway.Transfer time from Murcia airport is approximately 1 hour and ten minutes transfer time. Monarch fly into Murcia from Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick. Easyjet also fly into Murcia from airports across the UK. Ryanair also fly to Murcia from Dublin.

As a third alternative, Alicante airport is approximately one and a half hours away from Valle del Este.

Car hire companies operate out of all of the airports and the resort is easy to find a short distance from Junction 529 of the E15.
