This property is ideally located just off The Globe roundabout within easy walking distance of "The Strip" with it's numerous bars and restaurants. There is the Corcovada Club house just across the road with a children's playground and crazy golf. The pool is just below the balcony (access by lift) and it is only 5ft. deep at any point. There are lots of sun loungers around the pool. Broadband wireless all through apartment. Taxi's are readily available and only cost max. 5 euro to anywhere in the area. There are lots of tours available and a booking office on the site. The management office is at the entrance to the apartments.

The Algarve Region
Albuferia was an old fishing village which now boasts a beautiful Marina with lots of lovely restaurants where you could enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine while watching the boats. From April to October the weather is always very warm and has the advantage of a nice cooling Atlantic breeze in the evening.
The local Zoo Marine is well worth a visit and if you are feeling adventurous you can swim with the Dolphins ! For the children a day at Slide and Splash is a must.
Albufeira Area
Albufeira is one of the main tourist towns in the Algarve and has lots of beautiful beaches the nearest to Corcovada are Praia d'Oura and Santa Eulalia both of which are one km. away about 15 mins walk or you could walk 5 mins to the little train which will take you to the old town and Fisherman's beach. The old town has lots of lovely beaches and is packed with lovely restaurants.
Getting There
Flights available from Dublin to Faroor Cork or Shannon Aer Lingus and Ryanair fly daily all summer from Dublin and either one goes daily all year.From U.K. the are lots of flights available from all airports. Car hire is available from airport or we can arrange a Taxi/Minibus to collect and return you. The cost is 55-60 euro for 1-4 people and 95-105 for 5-8 for the round trip

Rental Details
A booking deposit of 25% will secure your booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday. There is a security deposit of 200 euro which will be refunded once the apartment has been checked. Smokers are asked to PLEASE confine smoking to the balcomy. Please bring your own beach towels. A welcome pack is available at a cost of 20 euro for anyone arriving late evening if required. High chair can be provided at a small charge.

The penthouse is very very spacious. All rooms have a sliding door to the balcony and all doors have electric shutters. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a full oven and 4 cooking rings. one electric and 3 gas. There is also a microwave, toaster, juicer, iron etc. There is a central vacuum cleaner. The penthouse is serviced with a lift just outside the door with sensor lights in the hall once you get out of the lift. All bedlinen in supplied and lots of towels for the bathrooms. We ask guests to bring their own beach towels.Wireless broadband available all round apartment.

Just spent two weeks at this penthouse really fab. has everything you could need from collecting at airport to departure. I would really recommend it, all rooms as in pictures. Looking forward to returning next year already.
