I spent four days for the first time in Prague last September. The experience was made even better by staying at Hanna’s apartment. She was friendly, helpful but discreet when necessary. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and tasteful. Each morning we either took a leisurely walk along the Vlatava River to the centre or a short tram ride so position was great. I would highly recommend staying at Hanna’s apartment.

We stayed in this apartment during our honeymoon in Prague, and we had the best time. The hostess was so friendly and helpful that we felt at home right away.
We were welcomed with champagne and strawberries, a nice view, excellent service and a really cosy and clean apartment. At this price it was more than we ever expected.
The walk to the tourist centre along the river is just beautiful, and the trams were also easy to find and use. We were really amazed by the beauty of the city, and our stay at Podoli Apartments was no less than perfect. We are staying here the next time we visit as well, and we have recommended it to all our friends.

We stayed at Hana's for our anniversary. The cosy apartment is bright and airy and adorned with artworks and traditional craft pieces. We were warmly welcomed and Hana the hostess brought us lovely breakfast which varied every morning.
Transport was convenient outside the apartment. There are a number of local pubs and restaurants in the area that serve cheap, excellent food, great for those who want to avoid tourists for some real local experience.
We highly recommend hot stone message by the hostess, it melted away all the stress and tension and we slept like babies afterwards. We will definitely visit again.

The best place to stay if you are going to Prague :) My husband and I stayed for 10 days while visiting friends and we were so relaxed at this bright, big apartement.
Only 3,2 km from the Old Town (city center) and very easy acess with the local transport. The area also has places worth seeing and places to get both snack and dinner.
The breakfast is great and the hostess helps you to find you way in the great city og Prague!

This is a very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment within easy reach of the main tourist sites.
Hanna was extremely helpful, and as mentioned by others, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. She left us with tram information, highlighting relevant stops, and as the tram stopped right outside the apartment it was very easy to travel around.
Hana was extremely helpful on the last day of our short break, allowing us to stay in the apartment much later than expected.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

I stayed in this lovely apartment in October and it was exactly as the pictures show - Hana was extremely friendly and cooked a great breakfast (even at 6am on my last morning there!!), Public transport is at the front door and directions for the airport supplied by Hana were very easy to follow. Very nice clean bathroom. Love the bed and pillows.

Kudos to Hana and her special apartment -- Hana prepared us the best breakfast we'd had in our lives, and helped us prepare for being a tourist in this remarkable city. The apartment is comfortable and handy to all the tourist spots. We also enjoyed the fruit markets and a restaurant near Hana's apartment.
The streetcar outside the apartment took us to where we needed to be. Hana has turned her third-floor condo into a unique, budget-conscious apartment. We really should go back.

EXCELLENT HOTEL ALTERNATIVE

Our first experience of using a web rental apartment was a great success. Holiday-rentals communicated well and effectively, the owner (Hana) easily arranged to be available for our arrival and key handover. The apartment was fully renovated 12 months ago, is clean, bright, warm (important) and very comfortable. Freshly laundered towels changed regularly, Hana's amazing breakfasts, which are big enough for a small army and change daily left us eagerly anticipating what would be on the table each day.
Trams to the center stop right outside and only take 5-8 minutes. A 2 minute trip takes you to the nearest Metro stop. There are also cultural and historic sites within 10 minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment also has lovely views of the river and local parks.
Local shops are available on the same block and cater for all your grocery needs, including a fabulous cheese specialist.
Our favourite tourist spots were the Jewish quarter, ice-hockey at the O2 centre, classical music at the Klementinum and St Giles church. If you like classical music there are lots of venues and incredible baroque churches to experience concerts either at night or lunchtime. Try the church at the foot of the Charles Bridge. Not to be misssed is the Mucha museum with his famous posters produced for Sarah Bernhardt.
We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate my husband's birthday, or a nicer hostess, Hana takes great pride in her apartment. Friends of ours have already booked this property and we will definitely be back.

Hana's flat is impecably clean, new and delightful. The breakfast was great, filling and on time (timetable is set by guest), Hana makes sure everything is perfect. Even though the location is not in the historic center of Prague, the apartment is just a few tram stops away from all of the hot spots and historic sites. By the way, the tram is directly outside the flat and the wait is never longer then five minutes.
The neighborhood is cute, local and shops are friendly. There is a great little corner cheese shop called "Cheesy" with a huge selection of international cheeses, it is a must see and try. Just a few steps away from Hana's flat.
Even though it was the middle of December and snowing, the flat was extremely warm, comfortable and a delight to return back at the end of a long walking day.
Hana is very helpful and careful about details. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Hana's apartment is a great base for exploring the amazing city of prague (praha). The apartment is very clean and tidy, and the furnishings seem to be to a very high quality. Hana is a wonderful host, and her breakfasts' are amazing! just make sure that you allow yourself around 45mins-1hour to eat it, you get a real feast that sets you up for the rest of the day brilliantly.
The apartment has a lovely homely feel about it, that you just don't get from staying in a sterile hotel environment. It is really warm, which is a key attribute for when you are out exploring when there is snow on the ground and temperatures struggle to get much above -5c. The views out of the window allow you to see across the Vltava river and across the valley looking towards the Smichov area of the city.
For eating out there are a few places we could recommend, if you are looking for traditional czech then head for U Pinkasu, a beer hall of pilsner urquell off Wenceslas square. For a lighter eat and a mix of origins then head to U Cerveneho Raka on Karlova street, a beer hall of the original czech budweiser. And for Italian at a reasonable price go to Pizzerie Donna on Veleslavinova street, a beer hall of Krusovice Musketyr.
We would highly recommend Hana and her apartment to friends and family that are looking for a pleasant stay in Prague.

My Husband and I stayed here for the week of new years and we loved the flat. The breakfasts were incredible and made the day of walking around Prague start off right. The tram stop is right accross the street and it is easy to get from here to anywhere in the city you need to walk. If you like walking it only takes about 30 mins to walk to wensclelas square. The owner was very nice and helpful and even thought of things like providing a small bottle of champagne on New Years eve day.
