Quinta dos Brejos is in an excellent location close to the old town of Albufeira and the "Strip". It is also in easy reach of golf courses, shops restaurants, bars and beaches. It is also close to the Bella Vista area where there are tennis courts and mini golf etc.
There is a regular bus service which passes Quinta dos Brejos, and accesses all areas of Albufeira. The bus passes every 30 mins. The neighbouring town of Guia is also easily accessible where the Algarve Shopping Mall and Zoomarine are located.
The apartment is a bungalow style, and well maintained apartment, with a comfortable living area. The sofa can convert to two full-size comfortable single beds. There is a dining table with 6 chairs also in the living area.
The apartment has a modern fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine/tumble drier, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, iron and gas hob with electric oven. The Kitchen also has a full set of crockery, cutlery and saucepans.
The bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds and ample storage space. The hall also has a wardrobe and storage cupboard.
The bathroom is fully equipped with bath, basin, shower, toilet and bidet.
