Villa Marazul is a luxury two-bedroom villa overlooking Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It offers luxurious accommodation set in its own gardens and will suit people who are looking for high quality Villa in Playa Blanca. The villa has a private heated swimming pool (winter only) and the gardens are surrounded by a sun terrace with plenty of seating and padded sun loungers. 'Alfresco' dining is very popular as there is a built in BBQ and shady covered terrace leading into the lounge. Patio doors open onto the pool area.
The property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with built in wardrobes. The the large double bedroom has a built in safe, patio doors lead on to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the splendid views overlooking the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom has a shower/bath, bidet, w.c and double hand basins.
Our villa in Playa Blanca is ideally located for family holidays as it is only 30 minutes from the airport and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the nearest shops and restaurants are only a 2 minute walk away. Weekly maid service is included in the rental of our Playa Blanca villa.
Playa Blanca is in the most Southerly part of Lanzarote and is reputed to be the sunniest part of the Island. The ferry service in the town's harbour also offers you the opportunity to visit the nearby Island of Fuerteventura. On the Westerly side of Puerto Rubicon, you have the coastal promenade, taking you into the heart of Playa Blanca where there are ample restaurants, shops and bars, whilst venturing in the opposite direction will take you to the famous natural and unspoilt white beaches of Papagayo.

The Lanzarote Region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. Lanzarote provides the perfect holiday destination all year round as it basks in almost constant sunshine. The resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise offer lively nightlife but Lanzarote is most suited to families and couples.
Playa Blanca Area
Playa Blanca is located in the most southerly resort on Lanzarote. On the seafront of Playa Blanca you can see across to Fuerteventura. Fuerteventura is only 11km by ferry and is day trips are easily arranged as the ferries cross several times a day from the main harbour.
Villa holidays in Playa Blanca are a good choice for couples or families looking for sun, sea and sand but with a more relaxed atmosphere compared to livelier nightlife in Puerto del Carmen. The front has a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Restaurants on the front feature wonderful sea views and there are very good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day.
