The weather here is generally sunny and comfortable. August gets very hot and rain normally falls between November and early December and then again in April and early May. There are numerous day trips of interest available all year round including the lakes of Antequerra, the Caves of Nerja, Ronda Village, Gibraltar, Granada's Alhautra Palace, day trips to Morocco and lots more.
Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Benalmadena has improved greatly over the last ten years giving the area a generally lovely feel. Our apartment is 75 mts from the beach, 100 mts from the beautiful Palama Park, close to the Dolphin Park and the award winning Marina with its sealife sentre. The apartment is close to supermarkets and bus routes. The main town is a ten minute walk.

Getting There
Fly to Malaga. El Naranjo is just 10km from the airport, where there is an abundance of car hire firms. Buses and trains run regularly from the airport or nearby.
There is an airport train station which runs every 30 minutes to Arroyo very cheaply. Taxi fare is 20-25 Euros.
By taxi ask for Calle Federico Garcia Lorca (Hotel Sunny Beach-we are under Hotel Sunny Beach).
