Loma Verda is a ground floor apartment that sleeps five people comfortably. The apartment has one double bedroom with a king size bed and their is a seperate bedroom with bunk beds and a spare bed. Alternative bedding can be arranged if required to allow a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Loma Verda is a very popular holiday apartment compex in Puerto del Carmen and our terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. The bar in the complex has a pool table and a sandy children's play park.
The apartment is very comfortable and is presented to a very high standard. We have recently added new leather sofas and dining furniture and have English channels available on our new 32" flat screen tv.

APRIL 2012
I am pleased to annouce that we now have a new admin company and all issues on our complex have been solved IE the swimming pool is being fixed on 11 April 2012 and completion will be 2 May 2012, we now have 24 hrs security and an electric gate with easy access for pedestrians in the form of a security coded keypad the number will be supplied to my guests on completion of their booking.
To ensure you get the best out of your holiday I have a book listing of all places of interest and trips for the old and young alike. Please advise me after checking all out if you are happy to book as dissapointments cannot be rectified after you return home.
This does not suit everyone but if you are looking for a cheap getaway in the sunshine with an apartment which has all the comforts of home, then this apartment is for you.
Just pop me an e-mail and we can arrange the payment method for your forthcoming holiday and if the complex is all up to date by that time I will comply with my original discounted rate for you of £200.00 per week.

The Lanzarote Region
Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, offers all-year-round sunshine and is a perfect destination for a relaxing, beach holiday. Lanzartote has lovely sandy beaches and private outlets with shower facilities the region is perfect for lazy (or active!) days at the beach. No high rise structures spoil the landscape of this beautiful island.
Puerto del Carmen Area
Puerto del Carmen is made up of an old and new town. The old town has retained its authentic Spanish architecture and a taxi to the new town costs only 4 Euros. Both have lovely restaurants and a fantastic night life. The area benefits from a beautiful marina and of course do u like fish well this is ideal lots of fish restaurants offering beutiful luxurious fish meals as well as pizza etc for the kids, the choice of where to eat is endless, a water park and golf are within easy reach (15mins by taxi). If required transport can be arranged for your golf going and coming back just let me know, Ithis would be extra cost to you by arrangement with the driver) who is English. There are tennis courts in town and horse-riding nearby for those wishing to be more active. There is the opportunity to take a local coach to surrounding areas (they run regularly) or you can take a boat trip to Fuerteventura. With a trampoline, putting, and other amusements nearby there are plenty of activities for children, making this an ideal spot for that family holiday.

February 2012 Thank you for our 2 week stay at you home in Lanzarote it was lovely and would love to have stayed longer but my wife has MS and has problems walking but your home was spotless I was very impressed thanks Ian.
